I love your step/HITT Chris and this was full on!!!! I'm not feeling 100% today so modified here and there and took extra breaks. I love that you remind us that sometimes we just can't do what we usually can do and that's OK. It's not a fail if you are trying your best...whatever that is on whatever day! Thank you!!!!
First HIIT ever. If it was too much I would pause catch my breath and rewind to where I stopped. With modifications I made it through (did hip thrusts separately then tricep kickbacks so I wouldn’t miss either muscle). Was soaked through at the end…I LOVED ❤ this class and would totally do it again! Thanks Chris!!!

As always, this was such a great workout! Thank you for always doing something fun and interesting and different. You make me want to work out! Your laugh is absolutely infectious! Every time you ask a question like can you do one more or did you get that or can we take it from the top, I always find myself answering you out loud like you can actually hear me. What is a safe way to touch the toes down when doing side taps, repeater knees, front back toe heel taps? Thinking of preventing a heel problem.

I did a couple of these step-weight hybrid workouts this week and man did it get my heart rate up and the sweat was pouring! Had to pause a couple times to catch my breath but I made it!
