Guys, I'm thinking of cutting my hair after four years of growing it. I was about to do it last year, but my gut feeling/intuition told me not to, so I never went through with it. Next weekend, I will consult with a stylist about what hairstyle will look good on me, and if I feel good about it, I might just do it.
Every couple of months I have those thoughts of cutting it all off (hair and beard) but every now and then when I get a compliment from a random stranger it gives me a boost and I think, oh, that was nice and feel better again. The other reason I haven't cut it off is the fact that it'll take 3-4 years to grow it back again if I regret it. Don't cut it off if you have doubts, persevere for now, good luck 😀👍
Honestly I would say don't overdo haircare. My hair was at it's best when I did the bare minimum haircare. I was almost never getting split ends, it's only after I started overcomplicating haircare and using million hair products that my hair was getting worse and worse.
