regular T-shirts are actually always knitted, most stretchy fabrics/clothes are. A woven fabric in and of itself doens't stretch or it would need to be woven with a very stretchy yarn. So like jeans will often have some elastane interwoven, but like yoga pants will just be knitted.
Laini, I believe you should try the Adidas spezial next, it also comes in black leather and I feel like it gives a little bit more support. But switching out the insole is a great advice as well!
Hi 👋 some unsolicited advice from another new mama- my hip pain is also really bad about 2 years after birth- turns out it’s from a weak core and glutes! Cute shoes can still happen! Those babies are nuts on our bods!

im a physiotherapist! your hip pain could be related to having a baby, many new moms suffer from SIJ pain! the low profile sambas probably arent the problem :)

Love this video!! But I have to disagree about the graphic crewnecks! I think a graphic one from a brand you love or with a kitschy saying you like or from a small business you support, then it shows a glimpse of personality. I do think crewnecks with graphics like the essentials hoodie or just logomania stuff is something that makes an outfit less elevated.
Question for women, i am a straight male who wants to dress more feminine, mostly sweatshirts tshirts and such, nothing hyperfeminine like dresses and skirts,if i was to dress like that, would you find me less attractive or be uncomfortable around me id like an subjective answer thanks

I second the comment that said get some supportive insoles. They're quite thin these days and I can pracically wear them in all my sneakers.

Regarding the samba problem, you can either use an arch support insole or you can get spezials that already come with arch support

Cobra pose always helps my hip issues. I just do it for a out 10 minutes total per day until things get better.
