Honey garlic chicken wings | Sweet chilli chips recipe

Here is a delicious sweet and chilli recipe for some honey & garlic sticky wings and some sweet chilli chips
I deep fried some of them and air fried the rest. I wanted to see if air fryer chicken wings really are the best from the two. Let’s find out in this video
Wings marinade -
1 tsp each of Salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder
1 cup flour
Batter -
2 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup Corn starch
1 tsp each of Paprika, pepper
Honey garlic sauce -
2 tbsp butter & 2 tbsp olive oil
4 cloves crushed garlic
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp red chilli flakes
Cornstarch slurry (1/4 tsp cornstarch mixed with 2 this hot water mixed)
Sweet chilli Chips -
10 medium potatoes
Mixed peppers sliced
onions sliced
Coriander
Red crushed chilli to taste
Sweet chilli sauce OR chilli sauce 1 cup
Salt and pepper to taste
