my dad bought one and it works quite well except for recording a video. For some reason it just doesn't record despite already following the instructions, why is that?
1. Automatic segmentation every 5 minutes when recording video with 4K / 2.7K resolution; 2. Automatic segmentation every 20 minutes when recording below 1080P (including 720P / 480P); 3. Photo taking function is not supported under 4K / 2.7K resolution.

Hey buddy...hope you fixed it. If not. here's how: As you orient or turn your Ordro with the words 4K, Gimbal, Ordro letters facing up.... open the micro sd card protective cover, now look at the very top left and you will see a very tiny hole with the small letters "RST" beside it. That's how you reset it and it'll go to factory default setting. Take care and stay safe. JT

My EP-7 dose the same thing, for instance it only downloaded 2 out of three files and then would not re-download the file. Plus Android will not play the files and I had to get VLC to do any playback...

Hello, when the EP7 is low on battery, WiFi cannot be turned on, you need to fully charge the EP7 first!

You can take out the Micro SD Card on the EP7 and watch it on the Computer

When I go into my od cam app it is stuck in downloading. Everything works video photos all on screen but can't download anything
