Great video - still learning about tying flies, and this made my first batch of BWOs as easy as could've been. Now, to see if the trout agree...

regular gray Poly yarn you may be able to get at a craft store

Sorry for the late reply. You could use hackle feather tips , turkey flats for a thorax style. The yarn is easiest for me and the fish don’t seem to mind
What size hook?
We like to use Daiichi 1180 size 16-20
