    Excellent details. For context, all of this is pure oldschool, 1990s BJJ. I learned 95% of this around 1995-1997. The mount retention is pure white belt training in solid ideas that form foundation of control. All the arm-lock stuff shown was used extensively in the 1990s/early 2000s. The arm-lock from the overhead/rolling mount escape was one of my favorites and takes good timing.
