Fantastic!!! Although have to admit, that frog stretch was a little painful, haha but at the same time felt good. Is that weird? Haha Anyway, those wall stretches was making my back purl like a kitten! Lol i not sure if you remember me but i commented you recently. I have good news, my back is almost 100 percent!!! Thank you so much for wishing me a speedy recovery. You have no idea how much that means to me coming from you. You and your sister have always been an inspiration to me throughout my years in training. So many I've been doing this, I've known nothing but bumps and hardship in my 19 plus years. Moments came when i even wanted to quit😞. Until saw you break the world record of kick thrown, after that i saw so many inspirational videos of you and your sister, That's when i knew that i couldn't give up. Besides my instructor refused to let me. Lol. I mean this from the heart if ever met you I'd give the biggest hug in the world!!! The world needs more people like you. Thanks so much keep up the positive work you do. Your changing lives for the better. I know this because you've. Changed mine!! 💖👊 USH!!

Been doing this 4 times a day ...for quite some time....and I feel really great now...the knee splits are freakin painful...but it's quite easy and loose now
LeeR depends on how often you already stretch. If you stretch regular already then it should be ok to try once a day. But if you don’t really have a stretching regime then I would recommend starting out maybe only twice a week to allow time for recovery in between.

Xploter I developed my flexibility from O... but I started at a very young age. It’s a lot easier to gain flexibility when you are a child
