I’m Chloe Bruce, a 4th Dan Martial artist in Korean Tang Soo Do, a multiple World Champion & Stunt women from London, UK. hi CHLOE do you recommend to repeat the strech in the same position for many times or to stay a little and then moving to another position !
i mean which more effective streching 4 times in the position or streching one time longer in one position and then moving to the next ?? please answer me if you can

This seems more of a beginner stretch then intermediate no? I’m a beginner and I struggle with madfit’s beginner stretches but not this “intermediate” routine
It isn’t labelled an intermediate routine. But glad you find it helpful. It’s hard to label a routine as everyone has their strengths and weaknesses. Perhaps your strength is box split based?
Do you agree with stretching without warming up? I.e. a morning stretch - is it done with or without warming muscles?
Good question! And no... I always warm up first before stretching. It’s not good to stretch cold muscles
