Jacques and Julia will always have a very warm and special place in my heart.
And the absolute best part of this particular series he gave to us is that's his real kitchen and not a stage or in a studio.
I had to pause this video several times to check out all the things he has in his kitchen at home.

I must add, in another one of his videos he instructed us you use “non stick paper” while placing tin foil in his pan and explaining how the non-shiny side was the correct non stick side. Jacques, only you my good man can call tin foil “non stick paper” and get away with it. It not just you skill set, it’s you as a human being, you have no idea what you do for all of those that have grown up and with you as people and as cooks. You are a legend.
