Not into air time gut wrenching coasters, or big dives, but I couldn't help but be excited for velocicoaster. My God that was intense lol. We all swore we'd do it again but same day was too soon lol.
@@paraskep5080 nah, California parks either have a 150 foot height limit or are completely land locked. The only park that CAN build anything big is SF magic mountain, and we all know six flags isn’t gonna spend the big bucks on coasters. Also, California has no good hyper coaster (it actually only has 1) and no good B&M inverts. I’m not trying to dis, but it’s true. Even the big chain parks in Orlando Florida like seaworld, universal, and Disney world get all the big coasters and attentions.
Rip Ride Rocket is so underrated! It does have a shimmy to it when the cars are loaded too light sometimes yes. With that said the airtime you get when the brakes don’t hit too hard, which also happens when the trains are loaded too light. The ejector coming into each of those brake sextons. The positive g’s in both helix sections, and the overbank coming out of the first into that drop. I would only put it behind velocicoaster, gwazi, mako, and montu as far as pure coasters go.

I got on kumba twice yesterday and it was honestly the dissapointment of the day. the layout is great but the rattle gave me a headache after 2 rides. The rest of the coasters were running great though including shiekra giving better rides than my 2 in 2015

Cant believe you didn’t include any Disney Coasters. Rock n’ Rollercoaster specifically is like omg amazing. But my top 5 would be 1-3 tie between Rock n’, Hulk & Velocicoaster 4. Expedition Everest, 5.Space Mountain. All the other coasters you can get the same experiences somewhere else like Six Flags but Disney & Universal just give you not only the best but DIFFERENT!

Sheikra 10. Kumba I know this list will be weird to most but I love hagrids so much for reasons hard to explain. I'm not the biggest fan of Mako. Yeah it's fun but I've ridden many hypers that I thought were much better. As for the mine blower I don't know what it is I just loved it so much the time I went to that park. I rode it 10 times in a row back to back it was that good for me. Super underrated imo.
I mean Ice Breaker opens in Febuary and becomes a quick queu line in April and Iron Qwazi opens in the March. Also with Manta in the back you also get a little wet with that water effect
Well, brandon, I have ridden Most of Busch's coasters, especially Kumba and Montu (I still have to experience Cheetah Hunt and last time I was there Sheikra was still being built), and I rode Incredible Hulk at Islands of Adventure. I still have to visit Sea World and experience their coasters.
Ridden all of these, as I live in FL. Here is my list though. 1. Velocicoaster (easily) 2. Mako 3. Hagrids 4. Mine Blower 5. Montu 6. Tigris 7. Kumba 8. Manta 9. Sheikra 10. Cheetah Hunt (Could be swapped for space mountain or Everest) We will see if Gwazi tops the list next March though ;)
It’s disappointing to hear that Gwazi is still not open. I assure you that Ice Breaker should be open by the time I head to Florida in late July, early August.

@midlife coastercrisis Because the first half of Velocicoaster isn't elite. It's elements look like your standard B&M elements. And I've been on 13 RMC's, and going to be on my 14th in a few weeks. Iron Gwazi just looks much better and it will open at some point.
I just did a 9 day trip to Florida earlier this year and actually got on all of them! My only diff is i have Mineblower in my top 10 for Kumba! But also loved Kumba!
I had the chance to go to Islands when it opened in 99. Hulk, Dragons Fire and Ice and the Spider-Man(non-coaster) rides were totally awesome. I was able to take my wife there in ‘02. I finally get to go back after so many years and take the whole family which now includes 5 kids. Last week in July can’t come soon enough.
So we've got Cheekra and Mon2. Interesting. Haha, in all seriousness, Kumba and Mako are still the best for me. I love Velocicoaster, but Kumba is just too good.
@@TP_Recommendations If you think you might be spending several days at Universal, I'd recommend staying on site, it is super close to SeaWorld and the Universal hotels are bomb. For the day or two you want to go to BGT, you can rent a car. All the best!
Florida especially Orlando area is so nice nowadays I recommended if you’re going to the universal parks one of their hotels but when my family goes we go to world center Marriott it’s in the middle of all the parks
Wow 53 coasters in one state. The same as belgium but half off these in belgium are kiddie or family coasters. So in comparisson less thrills. Only last years there are comming good thrill coasters to belgium with editions like kondaa, fury, ride off happyness and earlier also Anubis the ride.

I am a 17 year old coaster enthusiast and unfortunately I don’t have the time or the money to travel to these parks and ride these amazing looking coasters but I want to ride them so bad tho!!! I have one more year of high school unfortunately but then after hopefully I will be able to travel to these parks thank you for this awesome video, you pretty much added some coasters to my bucket list!!! 😂❤️

I never ridden on any roller coasters in Florida before, because I don’t live in Florida. But I hope I will get on all of the roller coasters in Florida and share you my Top 10 List of Roller Coasters that I ridden from Florida. But however, I like some of the roller coasters in Florida due to great awesome theming! 👍
My main criteria is fun/how much i enjoy the ride; includes thrills but also theming and overall experience music, setting etc. 1. Velocicoaster 2. Iron g 3. Manta. Would also include in no order - mako, hulk, hagrids, guardians, montu, cheetah, mummy (bc its so fun and love the quotable catch phrases). Sheikra and rip ride (for the music, climb, and ejector) in no order would probably be next. I do enjoy kraken esp the final tunnel kraken next. Next in no order prob kumba, cobra, rock n rollercoaster. Not a fan of tigris or icebreaker (w its dis/comfort collars). Fave parts of velocicoaster for me are m roll***, top hat, wave turn but really love all of it so much fun and great adrenaline rush.

really? with the top hat, and heartline roll to finish off you didnt find VelCo that amazing? def all opinion but that is surprising. Hagrids is great tho and did wow me, but i rode them within an hour of eachother just this past weekend and VelCo left me more stunned for sure.
I agree with your number 1, Velocicoaster is the best coaster I've ever ridden. I haven't ridden Mako, Manta, Cheetah Hunt or Sheikra. However I have ridden Griffon at BGW, Apollo's Chariot at BGW and Superman Ultimate Flight at SFOG so I've ridden coasters that are similar to those three. In fact Griffon is my 3rd favorite coaster I've ever ridden and Superman is my 5th favorite. Now all that being said, I'd never place Hagrid's and Kraken so low on this list and I'd never put Hulk at number three since to me it is only the third best coaster in it's own park. It's a great coaster but it's not better than Hagrid's to me. I consider Kumba to be the better coaster between it and Montu. And even though Sheikra apparently isn't as long as Griffon it would be hard for me not to put it higher on the list than both of them. I'd also rank Manta higher than you have it here because I find the flying coaster experience to be so amazingly good. I probably wouldn't rank Mako so high because I prefer inversion coasters to non inversion coaster unless there is something else truly extraordinary about the coaster. Hagrid's fits that description for me and one other coaster you don't have on your list does too, Revenge of the Mummy at Universal. They had to retire the best dark ride category on Golden Tickets because it locked that category up so thoroughly. I will agree it wouldn't be that impressive as just a coaster but the experience is so immersive with so many fun surprises I just couldn't leave it off this list. So based on all of that here is my list. 1. Velocicoaster 2. Hagrid's 3. Manta (based on how good Superman at SFOG is) 4. Sheikra (based on how good Griffon is) 5. Kumba (best non LIM sit down inversion coaster I've ever ridden) 6. Kraken 7. Revenge of the Mummy. 8. Incredible Hulk 9. Montu 10. Mako (I'm giving this the nod over Cheetah based on my experience with Apollo's Chariot at BGW). None of these coasters are bad. If I was able to build an amusement park around these 10 coasters it would be a coaster collection any coaster enthusiast in the world would love. Immersive theming is obviously something I value highly, so are inversion and unique ride experiences.

Cant believe you didn’t include any Disney Coasters. Rock n’ Rollercoaster specifically is like omg amazing. But my top 5 would be 1-3 tie between Rock n’, Hulk & Velocicoaster 4. Expedition Everest, 5.Space Mountain. All the other coasters you can get the same experiences somewhere else like Six Flags but Disney & Universal just give you not only the best but DIFFERENT!

I know this list will be weird to most but I love hagrids so much for reasons hard to explain. I'm not the biggest fan of Mako. Yeah it's fun but I've ridden many hypers that I thought were much better. As for the mine blower I don't know what it is I just loved it so much the time I went to that park. I rode it 10 times in a row back to back it was that good for me. Super underrated imo.
I mean Ice Breaker opens in Febuary and becomes a quick queu line in April and Iron Qwazi opens in the March. Also with Manta in the back you also get a little wet with that water effect

Well, brandon, I have ridden Most of Busch's coasters, especially Kumba and Montu (I still have to experience Cheetah Hunt and last time I was there Sheikra was still being built), and I rode Incredible Hulk at Islands of Adventure. I still have to visit Sea World and experience their coasters.
You need to make it to SW!! It’s a great park!!

Velocicoaster was my first ever real rollercoaster. No regrets and it blew me away
I also prefer Hulk over Kumba! People rave about Kumba (and it's a great ride) but Hulk was much better than I expected.

Sad how only 2 rides from your list are on mines. I've done almost all the coasters on your list (except for Kumba, Montu, Shiekra and Cheetah Hunt) and yes I don't like Velocicoaster, it's not because I'm a scaredy cat or because I don't do big coasters, Mako is literally on my Top 10. I just think it's overrated and I don't get all the hype surrounding it. I've ridden it about 6 times now and I never enjoyed my experiences except for one time where I sat in the front which was decent.

@midlife coastercrisis Because the first half of Velocicoaster isn't elite. It's elements look like your standard B&M elements. And I've been on 13 RMC's, and going to be on my 14th in a few weeks. Iron Gwazi just looks much better and it will open at some point.

I just did a 9 day trip to Florida earlier this year and actually got on all of them! My only diff is i have Mineblower in my top 10 for Kumba! But also loved Kumba!

I had the chance to go to Islands when it opened in 99. Hulk, Dragons Fire and Ice and the Spider-Man(non-coaster) rides were totally awesome. I was able to take my wife there in ‘02. I finally get to go back after so many years and take the whole family which now includes 5 kids. Last week in July can’t come soon enough.
I live in florida and hope to ride all these coasters. Ive have rode 3 of them.
So we've got Cheekra and Mon2. Interesting.
Haha, in all seriousness, Kumba and Mako are still the best for me. I love Velocicoaster, but Kumba is just too good.
0:36 kraken is a highly fun roller coaster I can say yet it is not a bit scary
I have sadly only ridden the Islands of Adventure ones so Hagrids Hulk and Velocicoaster and the placements are accurate
I might go to Florida after avoiding it for so long lol. Might come out and enjoy if I can find a good place to stay:)

@@TP_Recommendations If you think you might be spending several days at Universal, I'd recommend staying on site, it is super close to SeaWorld and the Universal hotels are bomb. For the day or two you want to go to BGT, you can rent a car. All the best!
Florida especially Orlando area is so nice nowadays I recommended if you’re going to the universal parks one of their hotels but when my family goes we go to world center Marriott it’s in the middle of all the parks
Wow 53 coasters in one state.
The same as belgium but half off these in belgium are kiddie or family coasters. So in comparisson less thrills. Only last years there are comming good thrill coasters to belgium with editions like kondaa, fury, ride off happyness and earlier also Anubis the ride.

I am a 17 year old coaster enthusiast and unfortunately I don’t have the time or the money to travel to these parks and ride these amazing looking coasters but I want to ride them so bad tho!!! I have one more year of high school unfortunately but then after hopefully I will be able to travel to these parks thank you for this awesome video, you pretty much added some coasters to my bucket list!!! 😂❤️

My main criteria is fun/how much i enjoy the ride; includes thrills but also theming and overall experience music, setting etc. 1. Velocicoaster 2. Iron g 3. Manta. Would also include in no order - mako, hulk, hagrids, guardians, montu, cheetah, mummy (bc its so fun and love the quotable catch phrases). Sheikra and rip ride (for the music, climb, and ejector) in no order would probably be next. I do enjoy kraken esp the final tunnel kraken next. Next in no order prob kumba, cobra, rock n rollercoaster. Not a fan of tigris or icebreaker (w its dis/comfort collars). Fave parts of velocicoaster for me are m roll***, top hat, wave turn but really love all of it so much fun and great adrenaline rush.

I agree with your number 1, Velocicoaster is the best coaster I've ever ridden. I haven't ridden Mako, Manta, Cheetah Hunt or Sheikra. However I have ridden Griffon at BGW, Apollo's Chariot at BGW and Superman Ultimate Flight at SFOG so I've ridden coasters that are similar to those three. In fact Griffon is my 3rd favorite coaster I've ever ridden and Superman is my 5th favorite.
Now all that being said, I'd never place Hagrid's and Kraken so low on this list and I'd never put Hulk at number three since to me it is only the third best coaster in it's own park. It's a great coaster but it's not better than Hagrid's to me. I consider Kumba to be the better coaster between it and Montu. And even though Sheikra apparently isn't as long as Griffon it would be hard for me not to put it higher on the list than both of them. I'd also rank Manta higher than you have it here because I find the flying coaster experience to be so amazingly good. I probably wouldn't rank Mako so high because I prefer inversion coasters to non inversion coaster unless there is something else truly extraordinary about the coaster. Hagrid's fits that description for me and one other coaster you don't have on your list does too, Revenge of the Mummy at Universal. They had to retire the best dark ride category on Golden Tickets because it locked that category up so thoroughly. I will agree it wouldn't be that impressive as just a coaster but the experience is so immersive with so many fun surprises I just couldn't leave it off this list. So based on all of that here is my list.
1. Velocicoaster
2. Hagrid's
3. Manta (based on how good Superman at SFOG is)
4. Sheikra (based on how good Griffon is)
5. Kumba (best non LIM sit down inversion coaster I've ever ridden)
6. Kraken
7. Revenge of the Mummy.

10. Mako (I'm giving this the nod over Cheetah based on my experience with Apollo's Chariot at BGW).
None of these coasters are bad. If I was able to build an amusement park around these 10 coasters it would be a coaster collection any coaster enthusiast in the world would love. Immersive theming is obviously something I value highly, so are inversion and unique ride experiences.
