It is almost impossible to find the language to express, as a reminder, that Sir Lloyd Webber's "Phantom..." will (if it hasn't already) be defined as one of the great operatic achievements in the 20th Century...and since the dawn of the 19th Century of true romantic opera. Many, many years ago when the musical first debuted I was always: "Oh, just Sir L-W, taking advantage of what was... and copying it." Have realized over some decades that what he had done is to give honor and recognition to that history and I am more than happy to say this. There is never a moment in much of the score of "Phantom..." that one's heart is not torn apart.
The Shows DO Go On thanks to you and the perfect crispness of this performance. So many people would have missed an incandescent angel blessing heaven with her talent then SLAPPING the stage, a legend.

I still can’t believe this absolute legend of a show closed on Broadway 😭😭😭
My most very best favorite Show of all time!!! Never gets old and I never tired of listening and watching this show!!! Thank You so very much!!!
I've been to 5 shows of Phantom but no singer has ever come close to Sierra, she is incredible.
Sierra and Hadley are amazing, but can we say how everything else is as amazing? Like, OMG the music, the scenario, and the costumes!
I love so much her voice! I never heard a more beautiful opera singer voice in my life.
"Think of August when the world was green don't think about the way things might have been "😍
The Shows DO Go On thanks to you and the perfect crispness of this performance. So many people would have missed an incandescent angel blessing heaven with her talent then SLAPPING the stage, a legend.
I just saw phantom live for the first time, my god it was amazing. Christie omg
aHHHHHH IM LITERALLY SCREAMING WHEN THIS IS UPLOADED 😭😭😭 SIERRA IS AMAZING🔥🔥🔥
Her coloratura style runs at the end are unreal - she makes them sound so smooth and deceptively easy 👏👏👏👏👏
I love Sierra! I wish we had more of her
I've seen a rendition of this with my mom and my best friend (her first musical ever!) I literally saw her eyes light up when this song came on and thats how I got her to love musicals
Amazing words do not do justice to Sierra's amazing voice , truly a great piece has become greater by her
It's still a mystery to me how did she never win a Tony, not even get a nomination
Omg yess, I’m obsessed with phantom & this is such a beautiful song. Funny how I just listened to this song and then I got the notification for this😂❤️
Sierra’s voice is so angelical! Ugh i love this showww
Sierra is so incredibly talented!!! And beautiful!
0:48
As someone who did a little bit of theater
That was a damm smooth scene change
Whoever doesn't marvel at Sierra's voice isn't a human with a sense of what the human voice can achieve in decibels and make it into music! Brava is so right!!!
3:16 ......Did I just enter into the most epic, live action version of a "Disney Princess" that I've ever seen?!? I'm sorry...I meant ten million times better than any Disney Princess....WOW. WOW. WOW.....wow.
You will never understand how much I love this musical
You can see her passion in her eyes. It makes it so genuine and beautiful
have always LOVED the phantom.. but wow, what a venue.. I live in Canada n never have been to something as elegant as what I just saw.. am envious.. Here in Toronto we have the Prince of Wales n The Royal Alexander theatres which are also stunning but no comparison to what I just saw.. I want to go there!! Covid go away!!! love from Canada, stay safe.. thankyou.. for this..
The best version, that high note is epitome of crystal clear ❤
I went on a field trip where we met her. I cried, she is my idol.
I used to listen to Phantom maybe 25 years ago. Never heard of her until 5 minutes ago, when watching another Phantom video. She's incredible.
QUEEN SIERRA THINGZ!! AAAAAAH i just love how she portrays the nervousness and innocence of christine as she sings for the first time. thank you for this clip!! 😔❤
A million thanks! Loved the Phantom of the Opera ever since, Lord Weber, great thanks too - the essence is everlasting!
I've heard Sierra sing live when she performed her concert. Her voice sounds even stronger live. I hope Sierra gets the chance to be in a Hollywood movie musical one day. It would also be great if Ramin Karimloo starred opposite her.
1:58 - 2:02 her "put you from my mind" is the most gorgeous thing ever.
I began to remember the city where I was born, It brings memories and tears to my eyes. It’s been too long, gotta visit it again(just to get all emotional)
Who still watches this magical video? Cause I do and always will watch this! Sierra has a really dreamy voice 😭💖
YES
Meeeee
Sierra nails this. Wonderful performance
Sierra Boggess ahhhhhhhh I love her so much and her Think Of Me is impeccable 😍😍❤️✨💕
Es increíble como se aprovecha la tecnología para jamás dar la espalda al público. Eso es maravilloso porque este musical te hace sentir que estás entre el público de la ópera. Una joya ♡
I love Sierra Boggess. It was flawless going from one note to the next I am so glad she was chosen for the 25th anniversary. My only complaint was the chandelier not crashing .
I can imagine the Phantom seething under his breath because someone took his box so he can't watch his student perform, but he is also proud of her because he can hear her voice.
The BEST Christine Ever!! Phenomenal and effortless singing and acting in a class of her own 👏👏👏🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹
Think of me, think of me fondly
When we've said goodbye
Remember me, once in a while
Please promise me you'll try
When you find that once again you long
To take your heart back and be free
If you ever find a moment
Spare a thought for me
We never said our love was evergreen
Or as unchanging as the sea
But if you can still remember
Stop and think of me
Think of all the things
We've shared and seen
Don't think about the way
Things might have been
Think of me, think of me waking
Silent and resigned
Imagine me trying too hard
To put you from my mind
Recall those days
Look back on all those times
Think of the things we'll never do
There will never be a day
When I won't think of you
Can it be, can it be Christine?
Bravo!
Long ago, it seems so long ago
How young and innocent we were
She may not remember me
But I remember her
Flowers fade, the fruits of summer fade
They have their season so do we
But please promise me that sometimes
You will think of me
These stage were fabulous
It amazes me that someone can sing like that and not look Exhausted after
Just LOVE this.... she is my favorite Christine.....❤️
Christine Daae, that was unbelievable!
In my opinion the best Christine ever! X
She SLAYS me every time. The best.
Sierra Boggess is the BEST Christine Daaé ever!
I agree!
Yay! So excited! Thanks for posting this! I do this number at home with nobody around and my favorite scarf so it’s nice to have this to sing with now!
Sierras just absolutely breathtaking. She takes our air and uses it for her voice, what a woman.
YES ANOTHER ONE WE'RE SO CLOSE TO GETTING THE FULL SHOW FOR FREE
This is my favorite version of phantom of the opera, I saw this movie as a kid and it has had a special place in my heart ever since
