There has never been a comedy team like the Stooges and I doubt we'll ever see the likes of them again. Yes, slap stick was nothing new BUT they took it to a new level. They worked like a well oiled machine. I have loved them since I was 5. I'm 67 and that's never changed. Same goes for my kids and grandson. There is no such thing as "outgrowing" them. It's timeless comedy.

I used to cut two classes of school just so I could go home to watch the three stooges. I still passed those classes and to this day they didn't mean anything or helpful in life at all. God bless these men for all the happiness they brought to the world.
I saw the interview with Moses,Moe,in which he revealed that he was a baseball pItcher when he was young,and that he personally saved the studio thousands of dollars over the years by being the one throwing the pies

Not many know but all 3 of them had special gifts in real life. No had such a good memory he not only knew his lines...he knew Larry's and curlys all those skits all those years.. Curly was an expert ballroom dancer. I can't speak for shemp Larry was was a musician.

These stooges were all star stunt men. First-rate nuttiness. Exceptional sound effects. Nothing better than when Moe hammered that mud pack off of that dame's face. The majority of the video shorts, if you can believe it, are 75 to 80 years old. These guys' antics along with all of the cast members are unduplicatable. How could the producers and directors jam pack that much zaniness into 15 to 17 minutes??

My favorite gags are whenever Curly sticks out his tongue and always gets something nasty painted on in return. The noise he makes is hilarious.
