I love it!!! 😍😍 great taste! I would hang the basket higher though and put something in it like the long fluffy grasses that live by your house that would stick down from one side by the plumes, and from the other by the stems.
I just love this style!!! I went over to my 93 year old mothers house and said “Mom I need to shop in your house for some items to decorate my house!” She was thrilled that I wanted her vintage items! Thanks for the inspiration.
hola! looks pretty; i do suggest adding some plants - in clay (classic) or wicker (for texture) pots; maybe 1-3 in different sizes ... and here and there add something behind the items for a bit of layering (like a frame in front of the other) 🖤
Yes, it is in the yellow and orange color family ONLY; it looks very Arizona-ish or New Mexican vibed, very sere and arid. However, out there they add just a dash of turquoise to create additional color buzz (blue is a complement of orange....). So if it were me, I would add just a dash of turquoise or olive green for contrast to make this arid dry look pop, to enliven it. Live plants or faux stems, a turquoise or olive green ribbon hat band on the hat, a handmade ceramic jar with green or turquoise glaze....a turquoise afghan or throw pillow. That's all you need to make the whole arrangement sing. I do adore color, having a BFA in Painting, and professional artist and art teacher. I adore the idea of a space like this to work in. For me, it would be an art studio, a place to make things!
Your thrifted decor is the bomb! I made a little corner in my office all the thrifted decor and I got so much inspo from this video when I was filming my video on decorating my office ❤️ Thank you so much!
Killer edit! I heard a trick, once, about hiding cords. You can take a long, skinny, rectangle of white (or off-white) linen cloth, whichever matches your walls, and wrap it around the cord, securing with a glue gun. Makes those ugly, dark cords less noticeable.
Love these types of videos! You have inspired me so much to be more purposeful in buying vintage (or vintage looking) for decorating my current space. I'd definitely say our styles are very differently but both have that vintage and travel vibe.
I love this! I collect a lot of cute little objects but I don’t have enough room for them because I only have my bedroom to decorate. This is giving me a lot of inspiration for when I do get my own place though!
It turned out so beautiful Tasha! 💓 Are you also going to film you styling the inside of your house too now that you’ve moved your workspace outside? Also, I never skip the ads, only for you boo! ✨😍
Love this video, I love arranging, what fun for you... so happy for your new office space, and you always look fantastic , but you look extra amazing❤️😀 I feel like I’m shopping, looking at the shelves, like I want to pick up things and see how much they are to buy 😀
Damn I could've literally watched that for another hour! 😅 I'd go thrifting (excuse!) and get some big framed art to lean against the wall on the back, maybe a pair of sconces for lighting at night/midwinter, nothing brings a vignette to life like light/candles. You could also benefit from some smaller items - around grapefruit size and smaller as you have a lot of objects that are all the same size and it doesn't give that undulating flow you were looking for. Still looks great though because the individual items are lovely. 👏
Nice job! You could drill the holes to the specific size that would fit a desk grommet. That way you wouldn’t have a random hole in your shelf... just a thought.
Love the video, the beautiful aesthetically pleasing look. Makes me realise how couldn't give a dam what stuff looks like on a shelf!!! What do you do if you see something that you really love while you are our but the colour doesn't match? Do you refuse to buy it or do you buy it to put somewhere else or change the colour?
No! This has happened with books I found that are say blue, I still purchase them because I'm buying for the content not the look, and they live on a shelf in my bedroom. I usually don't fall in love with decor that is cool-toned just because I know what I like. But happens a lot with books the most I would say - and I just don't put them on display per say.
@@TashaLeelyn I would also add that if you have white as a base colour you can always change decor like seasonally. I do it all the time, I love too many colours or styles and don't want to choose. So I might put out all my green stuff in early spring, my muted terracotta or wooden pieces in autumn etc... Right now I'm on a white and blue Chinese vases/jar kick, which I pair with dried mimosa flowers. Also, if the problem is books, you can always cover them with white or kraft paper for a cohesive look. BTW Love your warm, vintage aesthetic so much.
This is so beautiful! I love watching you decorate Also that top (dress?) is amazing, is there any chance you didn’t thrift it and I could find it somewhere lol
Absolutely Delightful LOVE your Style... I don't know if you've done a video on your tattoos but is that a Tattoo below your breast♡Beautiful Space & Beautiful Lady
I love how it turned out. The only thing I would add would be some plants. 💚
Maybe I should bring my big cactus out to the office! Great idea!

This actually made me smile so big. Mom's are the best aren't they?

With all your craftiness you should build some sort of shelf where you can stack the turntable over the speaker. Just a thought

Is there like a filter on this video or is it just the lighting?! It’s unreal. Very aesthetic 🙌🏼
No filter, just a mix of the warm white I painted the walls/the lighting and the white balance! Thank you for watching babe!
