Hey there, thank you for your question. The Employee Tracker shows the calendar and pto card for a single employee. But, if you add autofilters on the Team Tracker, and filter the relavant employees, then you can compare their avaliability for the selected month(s). Hope this helps! Could you use this for 80 employees? Also, could it be customized to record hours of leave instead of full days of leave?
Hi there! Thank you for your interest in this template. You can add up to 500 employees to this template. However, it records leave periods in days. You can enter hourly leaves as If you work 8 hours per day, you can enter 0.125 (1/8) for each hour of leave taken. Thanks!
Changing the vacation colors can be done through conditional formatting. This setting is under the format menu and should be done for each sheet containing these vacation colorings.
