Very helpful, the only difference is teh variations in the function between and excel sheet and google sheet. Struggled with conditional formating google sheet.
How can i add two buttons and view 31 days per month? This format but in a calendar mode. Remove freeze rows and columns. Just to buttons prev. next to switch months and keep x and o from this sheet. Thank you

if you need to enter part -days then I would enter hours instead of days. If they get 7 sick days a year and they work 8 hours then they would be allow to to have 56 sick hours a year
Barb Henderson sorry i can’t get it, please can you demonstrate to me thru videos? coz i have difficulties on how to create functions with regards on the leave usage (half-day only). By the way, we have 15 days earned leave each for the sick & vacation every year. i hope you can help me with this, thank much in advance🙂

You would have to copy the separate months to other sheets and keep the whole year to maintain your totals
