    How can I add Saturday and Sunday as working days and still have it count on the leave total box?

      Only change formula in column Days (column F) in Employee Leave Tracker sheet
      to be: =IF(ISBLANK([@[End Date]]),0,[@[End Date]]-[@[Start Date]]+1)

    hello, thank you for this sheet. few doubts please:
    wants to make Friday as off day and Saturday as a half day.
    and say if someone starts leave on Dec 2019 and ends leave on Jan 2020. the sheet don't count. please clarify if possible.

      For changing dayoff please check here:

      However, it does not support half day.
      For leaving across month is not support, you should split to 2 records.

    Hi- quick question. It is possible for this to show the year From September onwards instead of January? Our performance year is not aligned to standard year. This would be super useful if you could answer this.

      It is possible, but require many changes.
      I recommend you to try these templates
      - Attendance Type R (input by Range of date) - ruclips.net/video/bJKLxF6z5es/видео.html
      - Attendance Type D (input by Date) - ruclips.net/video/Qd3jsHKj5zE/видео.html
      Both of these, you can easily change starting month from Jan to Apr by change formula of the 1st month from
      =DATE(ReportYear,1,1)
      to be
      =DATE(ReportYear,9,1)

    How do I add the supervisor name to filter to match the name of the employee in the Calendar View? For example, Bob Smith's supervisor is John Smith. I want to be able to sort by the supervisor level and only look at the employees listed under them

    Hi Excel NaNa,
    Thanks for the tutorial, I am facing a issue right now in the attendance sheet that, In my sheet there are monday, friday and tuesday is showing week off (numbers in grey color), How can I change it in working days as well and Is it countable or not in the days of leaves?

    how can we highlight the Pubic Holidays like New Years Eve Christmas day etc

      It already mark Public Holidays in grey font.
      If you want to change the Format.
      Let change the condition in Conditional Formatting which set Weekday and Holiday in grey font.
      For Weekend
      Change From: =OR(LEFT(C$5,1)="S", COUNTIF(lstHolidays, C6)>0)
      To: =LEFT(C$5,1)="S"
      For Holiday
      Create New one
      Condition: =COUNTIF(lstHolidays, C6)>0

      @@ExcelNaNa Sir i want to change the weekend in only Sunday but the format is still not change in Saturday where as i Use =NETWORKDAYS.INTL([@[Start Date]],[@[End Date]],11) but formating in Saurday is not yet change
      please help me in this regards

    How could I add half day or couple hours? For example: half day vacation or someone comes in late or leaves early by a few hours. Thanks!

      Sorry that this template is designed of Day base, so you cannot input Hour data.
      In order to do that, something are needed to be modified.
      If you may show me your design such as input Leave record and report in hour, I will try to create the template for you.

      Thank you that would be wonderful! Could I email you? I also would like a second leave type box on the leave tracker. It wouldn't need to show on calendar but just to have more detailed reason under the leave tracker tab so I know.

    Can you show me how to add notes under employee such as "called at 2pm to say he was late"?

      At 1st, add more column for note in Leave sheet. Next depend on which sheet and position you would show it.
      In case to show in Annual (Yearly) view, you might add line after each month then apply the formula from the cuurent one which showing the leave mark.
      Howerver, I think create new report will be better.

    what will be the formula for half days ?
    it provides the same shrinkage % for half days and full days..any solution ?

      This template is not support. Big changes are required to support. Please try my other template "Type D", or apply Point concept by adding Half day leave with 0.5 point.

    Employee ID Employee Name Team Function
    7654 KAMAL Amour Dept Trans Boy Chauffeur
    Please if they can also appears in the month view accordingly.
