And so it begins... Gyutaro is one of the few fully realized antagonists. Very few characters get their design and background molded so brilliantly into the full package that he is in animated form.

Tengen didn't use spacial awareness like a beast survival instinct that inosuke does.
he did more of a daredevil or bat sonar thing to hear everything really well
and scan for people in the building to know there's no voices or something from bystanders.
I mean Sound breathing derives from Thunder breathing so he might have good hearing just like Zenitsu

I guess it was kinda confusing because it has a similar visual effect
@@bxllisticbeats i think his hearing is even better than Zenitsu. We never saw Zenitsu scan like that and understand techniques with sound like Tengen does.

I think the thing about Nezuko’s vines/leaves is that vines grow towards the Sun, and leaves exist to absorb sunlight. So it’s got something to do with her family’s connection to Sun Breathing

His theme is one of my favorites. Everyone talks about the animation and it is a 10/10 but the OST is up there.

So far Daki and Gyutaro are easily my favorite demons in the show

I totally agree with Carlie that the most frustrating part of losing a great villain is when someone comes out of nowhere and kills them! That’s why I hated the last season of Game of Thrones so much cause that’s literally what happens!
The night kings death isn't just unsatisfying because the person who kills him comes out of nowhere. That's part of it, but I think the main reason is that it creates a lack of payoff for a dozen storylines. One of the more obvious ones being that Jon Snow never faces off against him -- the writers gave us Cleganebowl because of the memes, but not this? A more subtle one is that, in season 5 they set up that valerian steel swords can kill white walkers, but after taking several seasons who had one, and several of them being in that fight, not a single person fights a white walker in that entire fight.
(And then, of course, there's the greatest threat on the planet being killed of in a single episode after 8 seasons of buildup)
Gosh that flashback to Nezuko and her mom really breaks my heart. The first I saw it I burst into tears. Remover Nezuko’s mind is not quite human and she just realize that her mom is dead and those older memories are also sad and not just good old memories.
Since demons lose Thriller memories a lot of time. I think tanjirous and other Human presence helps to keep her reminded
It’s also about grief, because nezuko hasn’t had the opportunity to grieve the death of her family due to her demonness. But with daki, she was faced with someone so close to the person who murdered them it brought up those feelings of pure anger and hatred. That’s what brought on the power boost
as a mamas girl, that scene breaks my heart too. just hearing her cry after remembering her mother singing a lullaby to her and the fact that her mothers dead. i don't know how anyone couldn't cry during that scene
Don´t forget that Daki has killed 6 or 7 hashiras, she´s definitely not weak.
she could probably kill Kocho in a fight, so Hashiras come in all sizes. however... as you can see, she does not die after being beheaded. so that certainly catches one off-guard.
OR! Guytaro was actually in control during the fights but because he loves his sister he gave her the win. he certainly does not care for a few dead Hashiras under his belt as long as they both get away with it.
This duo is one of my favorite demons thus far. And I also adore this episode because yet again, the dead family is helping Tanjiro and Nezuko from the beyond... I love that touch.
Finally he has arrived one of my fave demon after akaza ofc to this moment his voice acting skills are so good plus design and story etc so unque demon Guytarooo !!!
Gyutaro is my second favorite demon . And Gyutaro VA is same as Marco (Attack on titan ）. 😮…

I admit I felt the same as Carlie when Nezuko was beating up Daki. I was cheering Nezuko on. But I agree Im glad they didn't finish Daki off that fast as that would felt lazy.

Amazing reaction, as always. I was eager to watch this video. Thanks for sharing this content. Finally, Gyutaro has shown up. The series' best demon, in my opinion. The siblings constitute the rank of UM6 together, with Gyutaro being the most potent part of the rank. Gyutaro, in particular, proves that they are not to be taken lightly. Even if we temporarily ignore Daki, I believe we are fortunate to be able to watch a battle in which Gyutaro's opponent is Tengen. Any Hashira in a duel scenario with the demon brother would otherwise be certain to die. Together, the demon siblings are invincible.
To me daki is like a higher then a lower moon but not upper moon 6. She’s in a place in between. But gyutaro is definitely upper rank.

Yeah! Finally you have met Gyotaru love those two siblings they are my favorite demons. Awesome parallel/foil to Nezuko and Tanjiro.

Out of the trio, it's only Inosuke that wasn't trained by a Hashira with their techniques that's why we can see Inosuke not as flashy as the two but he is the most consistent out of the two with their job. He is the first one to detect the demon. He is very quick and resourceful or creative in finding and getting to the demons. He also the first to saved people trapped inside the belt including Zenitsu and the two wives of Uzui. If there's a demon's slayer score card for every category, I believe Inosuke will have the highest grade in general average compared to Zenitsu and Tanjiro.
Except maybe he'd somehow blow that test out of the water cuz it's Inosuke

That moment when the conversation is - wow this fight is so easy, and then, SURPRISE you've been fighting the upper six at like a quarter/half strength.
EDIT: Tanjiro didn't actually cut off Daki's head - she turned it into an obi, so he couldn't sever it. But Carlie is right, even if he had done it, he would have been nowhere near defeating her/them.
gyutaro is a name of a low caste job in entertainment district. they work as an errand boy/repo man/body guard etc.
Tengen doesn't have spacial awareness, he's hearing. But not in the way that Zenitsu hears, he feels and reads the reverberations. Since he's the Pillar of "Sound".

Just to clarify here. Their strength don't come from each other, only Daki is the one leeching from her brother. Gyutaro is a full on upper rank demon.
Daki is probably stronger than any of yhe lower moons, but she doesn't compare to the actual upper ranks

The way the story is unfolding is so good. Saying Daki is weak really feels unfair, Gyutaro is way stronger than her, but she's strong too and their strength combine to make the Upper Six. Tanjiro was using Sun Breathing and she dealt with him easily and at the peak of their battle Tanjiro couldn't defeat her without killing himself.
Tanjiro went over his limit, fighting with one long breath due to anger (he's human and his life limit was almost reached). Where else Nezuko out pure rage can keep going over her limits, because demons recover as quickly as they are injured. After Nezuko burned Daki, she couldn't recover mentally/focus wise after that. The fight is just beginning though.
