Actually, Muzan wasn't warning Daki he was just utterly scared of a previous Sun Breathing wielder, he looks the same person as we saw the first time we met Muzan, where he was on the floor helpless against the wielder.

Here's some quick manga facts about this episode to help you understand better.
1. Tanjiro got so enraged when Daki killed the civilians blood shot out from his eyes.
2. Remember Daki saying her fingertips were trembling, but then he said no it's the cells. The Muzan cells were trembling with fear cause he got reminded of the "ancestor" who faced Muzan.
3. Notice when Tanjiro gripped Daki's leg be didn't cut it through, Daki snapped it off of her like Akaza did, which says about Tanjiro's grip strength at that point.
4. Tanjiro's entire fight sequence was all in a one single breath. His brother reminded him to breath. If he didn't breath, he would have died instantly.
As per the manga Human beings have two limitations , when they surpass their physical limit, they are wracked with pain and cannot move but one can ignore this pain and keep going fueled by anger so strong that blood comes out of their eyes. Tanjiro had surpassed both his limits at that point, if he didn't breath, he would have died.
5. Remember in season 1 episode 1 when Nezuko was attacking Tanjiro, she grew in size but then she controlled and became normal and again in episode 2 she shrunk herself to fit in the box. Here she just grew up and assumed her older form.
6. Also, Nezuko's power didn't become an Upper Rank. Only her healing and regeneration abilities did.
7. Also, it is quite noteworthy when Rengoku's father said that Kyojuro trained and became the flame hashira by reading the book. So he didn't know many flame breathing forms like the sixth, seventh, eighth cause those pages were torn and he couldn't learn them. Despite that he became a hashira and that is why Akaza kept saying you still haven't reached your full potential.

If you noticed that the leg that Daki cut off of Nezuko was the same leg she stomped her with. That’s how quickly she regenerated.

Incorrect. That was Muzan trembling out of FEAR through Daki
16:21 Wow I was REALLY impressed that she picked up on that. Not many was able to put it together that Nezuko was reacting violently to Daki due to how much Blood she has of her familys killer.
24:15 I'm with Carlie, I think it was just a callback to show Muzan is afraid of it and to tease the sun breathing and stuff. I don't know if that could help Daki somehow. For now it looks more like a handicap as she's trembling in fear because of it.

If y’all are wondering why tanjiro’s eyes became like that, it’s because he got so pissed at what Daki did the blood vessels in his eyes popped, hence why it became all bloody. Pretty grotesque, but cool!
Also, she wasn’t sexualized, her kimono is just really small and she grew into like a grown ass woman lol, ofc her clothes wouldn’t fit. Maybe you can call it fan service, but there was no where any sexual tension or funny haha moment during the transformation, it just felt cool as fuck.

The scene wasn't to sexualize Nezuko. Ange was right when he said she 'turned into a woman'. Nezuko can change her age, like when she becomes a toddler to fit in the box. But in this instance, she increased her age to be in her 20s or so. So in that scene, you had an adult wearing a kimono made for a teenager, so more skin was showing. The author o fteh manga even came out to say it was less of sexualizing an dmore with keeping with reality

Also regarding Nezuko's transformation, since she has the ability to change her body based on the situation, I think she assumed her actual age here and transformed to be able to fight.

The reason why nezuko became a woman is because she can easily age her body however she wants.She can be the size of a baby as shown in season 1 or she can be a woman as shown now.She can also control her size.

i still think emphasizing the secondary sex characteristics of a 14 year old is gross, regardless of the age that her body is currently turned into. I can look past it for the show as a whole but I just find it weird.

Tanjiro vs Daki finally concludes in EPIC fashion, both their themes mixed together it was AWESOME (goosebumps inducing) and you see that Tanjiro is not ready to do it on his own yet. Nezuko-chan's coming in cluth🔥

Nezuko can change her body wherever she wants to, you can see that can be smaller transforming into a child sometimes and other when she is full power becomes adult, I am not sure of her age but from the beginning of the show have passed two years, there is not better way that showing that she is in his adult form than giving her chest growth.

If you think about it, Nezuko grew bigger in the first episode (which is why Tanjiro got the idea should could shrink to fit in the basket) but we never saw her front because she was laying on the ground. So she was pretty much in "Adult form" at that time.

It didn't seem to me that she "aged up" in the first episode. She just grew in size. She has a completely different body type when she grows in the first episode than to this one.

This is an important episode, also something important is that bungee gum has the properties of both rubber and gum
Nezko has shown the ability to change her age to a younger child like version based on her needs or emotions but this time her anger and rage has unleashed her adult form and as we have seen Nezko like Tanjuro is "different". Her blood burns demons, she is immune to the sun and isn't controllable by Muzan, which is why Muzan fears her. It's obvious to me that their family has some deep roots with the ancient sun breathing clan.
Nezko IMO wasn't being sexualized she just grew to her adult form and the clothes didn't fit just like when she shrinks her clothes almost bury her (which is hella cute and funny when she's running around and looks like a robe with a head lol) this is what Nezko would have looked like if she had grown up a few years before being turned.
Hope Zen doesn't see her like this, might just break his simp meter lol.

Alright, so while Tanjiro was struggling to breathe. In that scene in the manga the author talks saying that humans have 2 limits. A stamina and life limit. Tanjiro was about to go over his life limit. If his sister hadn't told him to breathe he would have died. Also there was a cool line saying "If Humans could harness the power of hatred and anger...then demons would have disappeared from this world a long time ago"

What i got from the scene where muzan cells react is that muzan was afraid. Never read the manga, so it's just my interpretation
That fear is engraved into every single one of Muzan's cells
Daki calls Tanjiro ugly because of the scar on his forehead.His mother is considered very pretty and his father is quite good looking.(plus Nezuko is called cute and pretty by many people).A person with a scar was considered ugly in the old times despite their features because of some small minded people.

They didn’t sexualize Nezuko she just changed her age and size which she has done before back in season 1 episode 1 and again later in season 1 where she turned into a baby, and how is her turning herself into a woman considered sexualizing especially when she’ll look like that when she becomes an adult anyway.
Just dropping in a comment to say I think carlie is spot on in saying tanjiro earned the scar. His scar changed when he was in the final selection and was thrown against the tree and his fox mask broke. I think he earned it by having his first big fight against a demon and him having so much responsibility to survive and have the other kids who died previously from the arm demon to rest in piece.
Ange’s face in the thumbnail is so funny because I can’t tell if he is shocked how cool Nezukos transformation is or just focused on how womanly she looks 😂
Just FYI, Nezuko could grow bigger since Episode 1, so she's not exactly sexualized, but I understand what you mean. Maybe just the camera angle that kinda there you know
