    This looks exactly what I need I have strong hamstrings but have returned to sport at 36 and keep pulling my hamstrings although very minor I can’t get back to playing I tried the glute medius and minor tests and failed they feel very weak. Thankyou for the video and I will do my best to build them up

    Are any of these good for semitendinosus strain rehab? These seem more geared for bicep femoris and i dont know what i should do for my semitendinosus which i strained surfung the other day
