I was very skeptical about this working so quickly, but thought the exercise couldn't do any harm. After one time, the pain was less; after 2 times, I was able to even forget I had the injury most of the time. I'm doing a few more sessions, but this was incredible!
This was great on several levels. 1. Again, PT knows his stuff! 2. Congrats to the young man! I expect to see him in 2028 Olympics in LA! 3. Good job by the dad, He’s involved and supporting his son. All around everybody is winning and this is helpful for us viewers for PT, and seeing good dads in action. God bless
Thanks for the video, have been suffering from an injury in my right hip flexors 3 weeks now, it got worse when I sprinted without proper warm up last week, since then I cant play soccer with my right leg, lie or sleep on my back with straight legs, today I couldn't stand on a queue for long, pls will this help me with the pain and should I avoid other leg exercises like jumping, squats even stretches till I heal. Thank you 🙏
Great vid. So would you stikk recommend same exercises if you have hypermobility? I have that but weak glutes and some kind of hip pinching and hip flexor injury, plus an adductor tendon and abdominal strain
Yes it is the same thing for everyone. Glutes are the major cause of every lower body and low back problem. If you are experiencing pain in the compensation, it is because you're doing it incorrectly. And trying to tell you what you are doing wrong through text is impossible. I have to see the client live or through video call, then show them their mistake. Everyone I work with ends up feeling it in the correct spot by the first and second session 100%.
Hi Sir, but what can one do if the hip flexors are too tight and can't activate the glutes if you can address this problem as well it will help many people.
Can a pull on one side cause pain on muscles on the opposing side? I have a right hip flexor pull, but also get paid on my left lower back. Can they be related?
I believe the weaknesses in Glutes cause every problem in the low back, hip flexors, knees, ankles, and hamstring. You first have to strengthen Glutes and then when they are built, you begin to address specific muscle regions in the hip flexor-as in your case. Or in other clients with Ankle, Hamstring, Low back issues you then to work on those, after Glutes are fixed. It is very challenging to do on your own. This is why doing privates with me gets you the fastest results to Fix you completely.
Thanks for the video. Could you tell us why this client didnt do the minimus exercise that you showed in your hip flexor strain rehab video? The one where you internally rotate by pushing the heel out laterally. Thanks.
@@Brurarum cause these are better for results. Get to root cause of glute weakness. The old one has more of a short term effect but wont fix the problem long term.
@@CorexcellSportsTrainingRehabThanks for the response. I found your other video and after trying the exercise it really helped me in properly contracting my glutes afterwards.

Will this help restore Internal Rotation as well? Have that hip flexor pain.. and in the lead hip playing golf, feel I cant turn into it after impact.
