    I've just binged watched about 5 videos of yours. It feels like you've been through this shoulder hell and maybe you've figured it out. I've tried 2 other programs for about a month and half each and no significant progress. Thanks for trying give alot of detailed information. Fingers crossed it works! I'll repost if it does.

    Great vid. I do have a left rounded forward shoulder and a supraspinatus tear and impingement. When I do exercises I am feeling it in the wrong place where this gentleman was feeling it. I didn’t realize I was doing it wrong. After doing it The wrong way it hurts like crazy. It feels like the bone is sticking out and it just doesn’t move. I will keep trying your way.

    Can you do these without a bench as a side plank or laying on your side on the floor?

    14:45 If his right shoulder is more anteriorly translated than his left because of his tennis maneuver to the left wouldnt it be also good to work on t spine rotation to the right serving side?

      Correct assessment. Here is a video on that, combined with the 4 essential shoulder exercises. You have to fix the hip rotation and strength the glutes properly in order to fully fix the shoulder. ruclips.net/video/c4_4W3Wei60/видео.html

    I had both my rotator cuffs ripped & had surgery & therapy. I’m finishing therapy on my right arm.
    My question is I have a bad habit to sleep on my right arm. Maybe because of the therapy exercises.
    I sabotaged my discomfort by sleeping on it. I don’t get why I do it in deep sleep. Not knowing! Until I wake up noticing I’m on my bloody arm.

    Hello sir
    My shoulders are a bit rounded and click when I raise my hand above my head. But my rear delt and teres major are developed, as I can easily feel them pop out and I can do around 10 pull ups. My rotator cuff is the only part that is weak I think. What do you think the problem is with my shoulder? Is rotator cuff strengthening alone gonna fix it or is there something else I should be doing?

    Hi from Italy, great video, I'm in a similar condition, I'm doing the first month of these exercises, my physio told me to go on playing tennis and gave me some exercises for strengthening the rotator cuff simulating the tennis shots, I'm also doing those, do you agree? When I play, the pain in the supraspinatus can go from 3/10 to 4/10 or 5/10, and then usually goes back to 3/10 the day after. Actually I have to play everyday because I give tennis lessons, do you think I should avoid playing tennis for some time?

    So training the rear delt is your main focus to heal shoulder injuries?

      Yup

      The right parts of the rear delt, yes. Especially for the non-dominant arm.

      More so the rotator cuff muscles that stabilize the rear at delt I think

    • @davidunderwood8409
      @davidunderwood8409 Месяц назад

      No, the rotator cuff muscles… in particular the teres minor and infraspinatus

      The posterior cuff and posterior capsule are attached to the rear deltoid. The deltoid is pressure sensitive so it reacts to the Flex of the cuff below it.

      Sometimes it can take a while to feel it properly. In such cases, trying to connect to it and just maintaining the isometric is preferable. Once you feel like you've connected to the muscle then you can move with it.

      Impossible to access people through a question online. It is best to look into the private therapy package. and learn how to do it correctly with Zach. Go to www.corexcell.com

    Hi, in earlier shoulder videos, you did an exercise called torches. In your most recent shoulder videos I don't see that exercise anymore. Is there a specific reason?

    • @CorexcellSportsTrainingRehab
      @CorexcellSportsTrainingRehab  2 месяца назад +1

      Torches do not fix the underlying problem of the shoulder. If you get could at the 4 mentioned in this video, then the torches improves as a result. Versus doing torches is not as important as these exercises. Which is why it is removed from the system.

    Does this help with infraspinatus tear ?

    • @CorexcellSportsTrainingRehab
      @CorexcellSportsTrainingRehab  2 месяца назад +2

      Yes if it done correctly. The problem is 99% of the people do it wrong by themselves or when using the APP. The shoulder is tricky and can move all over the place. Takes working with a pro to really understand where to start to make major improvements fast.

    This id so poorly explainef. Aint nobody knows what the resl movement is, cuz youre just taöking about static movements….what are we supposed to do after 4 weeks, whats the range of motion??? How many sets, how many reps? Talking all over the place with medical words, no clear instructions, but yeaa talking shit about rotator cuff exercises, shoulder hanging, meanwhile youre talking like crazy scientist..no help
