This is late but is the app worth it compared to just following his youtube vids ? Ive seen improvement with the excersizes but need a better set plan 😩
I think this is the exact problem I have- my right side is less developed than my left which perplexed me being a right handed person. Now I understand!
Love the energy on these type of video’s! The knowledge shared by Zach on how to challenge yourself in the gym in a safe way is also very interesting and very helpful. More of these video’s please! :)
Curious about the tricep extension internal rotation at the shoulder. As someone with shoulder pain it looks like one of the worst/most vulnerable positions for the shoulder.
There's been a lot of damage done already. Will it help? I think it will. But given the damage already it done, it's probable you won't be completely pain free. I think it's worth trying out considering a shoulder replacement is such a big commitment in itself.
What about someone with a physical 9-5 job? Would I be able to do all this while working or would I have to take some time off? I don’t have pain while working or doing movements but excessive soreness and tenderness around the scapula & upper trap after work
I hope you see this message. My traps/neck/mid back felt as though someone had nailed them together after a day's work/driving. I've been following lots of different RUclips PT's as well as doing Pilates and Yoga. I feel much better than I did before, some things, such as riding my motorbike, are fairly pain free. Start small, find exercises that you will actually do and try to stay consistent. You will fix it if you really try👍
I bought the app. Best thing ever. I'm shoulder pain free.

Corecell is the real deal and underrated
Very helpful video, thanks for uploading, even for people already on the program!

11:45 after the take off week, do you take the same again which you use before getting into the resting week?
3:51 can be replaced with rubber band ?

What's a front row?
I was just told on Friday that I’m bone on bone right shoulder with the left not far behind. replacing is the only option…will this work for me?

Doing CrossFit is putting a down payment on joint pain.
