hey man i feel like my glutes are weaker than my hamstrings and quad. When i look in the mirror they look shrunken, and during RDL, and deadlifts i don't feel them is this normal? even the squeeze at the top doesnt seem to be helping me with the lift but rather something i can only do after the lift is already done seems pointless, and glute bridges i feel my hamstrings working harder, and my core is braced and chin tucked in, as well as feet not bent as much so that it reaches 90 degrees at top what to do?
I've always found an easy fix to this is doing lunges with weight (~15-25% bodyweight) and just focusing on the glute contraction on the movements, or you can use a leg press machine and do single leg reps again focusing on the glute over any other area. Hope this helps
@@kevinrosales1924 thanks i'm going to start doing reverse lunges from next week need to get my VMO's bigger and balance my legs too, my right is stronger atm. wont 8-12 rep range do fine?. I do all my reps higher now for legs. Also i can feel them now
