Pulled a leg muscle from being a fatass and doing nothing for 3 weeks. Pulled hamstring running down short ball in tennis, stopped abruptly short of net. Instantly knew! I played twice after 2 days each time reinjuring. Finally found my firm foam roller from sheer discomfort. Wow knew just as instantly this therapy was putting me back on court. Tried cross massage that was only minor losening but foam roller fundamental to my tennis happiness! How long would it take to remember my foam roller if you guys hadn't mentioned it in previous video? No idea! But thank you for putting me on the right track 💡👍💯
You are talking about legs, I pulled a muscle in my back between my waist and shoulder blade on the right side, it is painful and makes it hard to breathe. What is the best way to heal it fast. I have work to do in the house and now it stopped me in my tracks. I started with ice. Should I continue using it? Thank you.
@@davidsquall351 It turned out the muscle was torn, it got worse after I wrote, I couldn't move or breathe, it took a month to get better, it was hell.
@@BytomGirl rotate between ice and heat 3 times a day - 7 sets (30 sec heat, 20 sec ice)followed by very very very basic movement exercises. helped me out a ton, half my shoulder feels great within 2 days, now its only my rear shoulder that hurts, id highly recommend the heat ice treatment, get well soon
I have hip dysplasia from car accident and my physio and chiro cant get it in also because the muscles are so tight if i use my gun on the muscles just a very tiny bit the pain gets sevier
I broke my ankle and I had surgery can you show me a video how to get better it's 2 months now and my ankle is still swollen and I'm elevating my foot hi for 2 months already and Ankle still swollen I don't have no more pain but I have to start doing the ankle exercise and I'm still stiff show me a video please

Exampe I did something to my muscle in my lower back , by using a wheelbarrow & I can barley walk, so I dont know if its stretched, pulled or torn. If its any help for info I have been told by hospital doctors that I have arthritis of a 80 year old in my back, even though I am only 34.

Every time I do exercises I pull a muscle the next day even when I do warm ups
Try doing cooldowns, dont overexert your muscles too much

Iv just pulled all my leg muscles when I accidentally made my feet touch the back of my head
Every couple of months I pull the same calf muscle when I try to make more athletic movements like sprinting or jumping. So frustrating…
And how much time it takes to heal
It could be a foot problem, maybe you need Orthotics when doing athletics ?

Pulled my thigh muscle once. Thought it was over, pulled again, pulled the other thigh and another just above my waist. I'm only 15
as a gymnast i am required to stretch everyday due to the things we practice so i cant seem to relax it but it doesnt really hurt to walk (pulled)
