In one of Christina' s videos, Christina herself said, and I quote exactly what she said, " My goal in my career is to get my music out there, and to have people enjoy it, and to have people think of me as an inspirational artist." That pretty much says it all, doesn't it? She wanted, no matter what, for everyone to listen to her music and be happy, just like you said. Being happy while listening to her music, which she worked very hard to write and produce by the way,is enjoyment. No one can change what happened to her, and that sucks, so we have no choice but to do the best we can with the circumstances being the way they are. I'm with you on that one. I just finished listening to alot of her music, and watching her videos, and enjoying them all. I played my piano right along with many of them, too. Something tells me she would approve of that. Because that's what she made them for. Right?
I'm crying. I told myself I wouldn't comment on her videos because I didn't know about her while she was with us and I'm only now going through her videos to see how amazing of a person she was so I don't feel like I truly have the right to share your grief. I will also always be a fan of Christina. She was also a fan of Elvis, and that is comforting to me. But I am so blown away on how much respect Christina had for the music that I grew up on, and how much she knew about it. I also adore how true to herself she remained, and she didn't allow herself to be swallowed by fame, or to let it change who she was. I have the utmost respect for that, and she will always have a special place in my heart. I also loved how she accepted everyone for who they were, no matter what. I was born with ADD and ADHD, so I wasn't the most popular kid around. What I would have given to have a friend like her. I've been thinking ALOT about Christina and when we met at her concert in Gothenburg, Sweden. Me and my friends got to hang out with her and the boys in BYE and chat for awhile before she needed to start writing autographs for everyone else that was there. ♥ Those few minutes are something that I will be hanging on to for a long time, getting to hang out with Christina. I loved watching Christina's rising star as she grew and developed as an artist and I celebrated each new cover or original song and accomplishment along the way. I felt as if she was one of mine and I was so proud of the young woman that she was and of her faith in God and her character. I became a champion for her music, her talent and her career and I looked forward to many, many years of success and music from her......... Then God called her home. She doesn't deserve to be on the Voice, and don't get me wrong she is a MAGNIFICENT singer but she already is famous and has record deals. If she wanted to become a real professional singer she can with just a snap of her fingers. I've been thinking ALOT about Christina and when we met at her concert
in Gothenburg, Sweden. Me and my friends got to hang out with her and
the boys in BYE and chat for awhile before she needed to start writing
autographs for everyone else that was there. ♥ Those few minutes are
something that I will be hanging on to for a long time, getting to hang
out with Christina. I also wanted to help keeping her memory alive by
singing and uploading a cover of my favorite song of hers ''Find Me''. I
miss you. ♥
I can't stop listening to her videos and the crying does not stop. I truly am not getting over this and never will. This young girl was full of spunk, life, confidence and such a beautiful person and she could sing like no other. I don't know how to cope and I have lost a child myself. This is so painful for her family and many others and for me too. I really wish this nightmare would end but it won't. God why? I hope she knows how much we miss her. I feel so sorry for her. I really thought here on earth was her better place because she was happy. There is no reason in my opinion for her to be up in heaven just yet. I can't accept this. I am so heartbroken. I cry all the time.

I am a mom of 4 musically talented young adults and as a result of listening to their favorite music on RUclips years ago, I found Christina's music and became an instant fan. I loved watching Christina's rising star as she grew and developed as an artist and I celebrated each new cover or original song and accomplishment along the way. I felt as if she was one of mine and I was so proud of the young woman that she was and of her faith in God and her character. I became a champion for her music, her talent and her career and I looked forward to many, many years of success and music from her......... Then God called her home. Only now, more than a year later am I able to write my comments here without crying the entire time. My heart simply aches for her family and my fellow fans. I remain a proud member of "Team Grimmie" and although it is difficult at times, I choose to celebrate her life & her gift of music. How blessed we all are that she left us with SO much!
