Love the series! 1st one was gr8. 2nd one in my opinion a bit to short and high intensity to call it a daily portion of cardio. In daily cardio workout we would expect +20minutes in Zones 2-3-4. In case of 10 minutes intervals 40/20 - definitely zone +5. What are your thought :) ? I mean it's still great HIIT!
The daily cardio for me is just the name! It’s going to just be a good workout a day! Some will be longer some more intense just something to get someone moving and enjoying fitness with some structure
I'd liked it a lot. Did it first for 40 Seconds on, a second time for 60 Seconds, which was perfect for me.

Love the videos already you two Legends! One thing I might suggest is letting us know the damper setting you and Jas use for these workouts. Obviously we can all scale the damper to our own abilities as needed, but it would be a good thing to know if the intention is to have a higher or lower damper setting on the workout than we might typically go with
Some workouts will have that! But really it’s where you’re comfortable pushing! I’ll usually sit it most workouts between 5/6

Chappy checking in here. Can’t walk mainly because my legs left to find a new owner. Not a fan, but I was. 6.5 strain. Craig, you’re a legend for creating these and it was the first thing I looked for when I woke up.

When is the best time to do this? As a beginner to the gym I've heard that doing cardio after working out isn't good for muscle growth, should it be done at a separate time completely or is it before// after a workout

@@nikogreen2830 of course! A lot are time domain focused so instead of a bike erg just hit it on an echo! Like this one is fine to!
These workouts are perfect for the stage of life I’m in.. I can sneak a 20 minute workout in as my 2 year old toddler takes a nap lol
