Sis, your essays showed that you’re more than your grades. You are sweet, wise and kind and passionate and deeply care about giving back to the world with your unique passions (fun fact: I also wanna take psychology as one of my majors). This is the sweetest and the most relaxing “how I got into [insert uni name]” video I’ve ever watched. It’s not loud and it’s quiet and calmed me down. I love your essays and wish me luck so that I can write essay like you. Thank you for this video 🩵
Your grades definitely don't define your intelligence, hearing you speak makes me realize you're very calm and systematic. Thank you for the helpful information, I'm a highschooler hoping to have a shot at being accepted in Davis, UCSB, or UCSD. I have a lot of work to do on the extracurricular side of things...
Quick question; do UCs look at A-, A, and A+ differently? Like 3.75 vs 4.0 vs 4.3 (or maybe 4.0, as well?). I've never gotten a B but I've slipped to an A- in AP classes I couldn't care less about... I was wondering if this would be deducted from my GPA while applying.
tysm for making this vid as a senior who is currently losing their mind over uc apps watching your vid srsly brought some relief!! so so proud of u kween🩷🩷

@@ley6748 what was ur gpa?
@@sdrockers364 unweighted 3.36, 3.67 weighted LOL
Yayy
This is UC calculated gpa or your regular gpa overall?
For Uc's they only calculate 10-11th grade, also do they not count P.E. because i took it 10thgrade year and wanted to know if my grades count or not.
I got 3.2 gpa (community college) and I got it :/
