- Not a new bike but defenetly one that has been a real sale success, the Benelli TRK 502X offers adventure touring capabilities, Italian style at a very afortable price. With such a popular bike I had to take it out for a ride and see what all the hype is about.

Take care and ride safe! Авто/Мото
Totally agree with you on the whole tube-tubeless business. Benelli makes version of the bike with cast tubless rims but 17" in front. A very close mate of mine took the 702 for a test ride too with intend to buy it but he said that the bike had too firm suspension. More hard then his CBR fireblade .. I will use this comment to thank you again for the whole Eicma business. I will waiting the bikes to be released for real.
Thank you for the compliments. Yes the non-X version with the tubeless cast wheels are the ones to go for in my opinion.
I have the non x version, absolutely love it! It's only 800mm seat height, easy flat foot, I'm 180cm. my riding buddy has the vstrom 650 and it feels heavier and higher (his words not mine)... And actually it does randomly. He has never left me behind, i can easily keep up with him every time we ride out. Never have i ever thought i need more power!! So comfortable, much more comfortable than my kawasaki versys i had. I don't really think anyone knows the weight of these bikes to be honest, it's different all the time, the spec sheet says both weigh 235kg. That's impossible for them to be the same weight unless the x's extra exhaust, larger steel wheels, larger sprocket, center stand etc are all made from fairy dust and defeat the laws of gravity! Let's just say the non x doesn't feel much heavier than my royal enfield himalayan 👍 ps the vibes lower the more miles you do, the engine smooths out after a few k..... It's still there a little though..... I took the rubbers out, put a thin bit of polystyrene cut to shape and put rubbers back in..... Vibes sorted!!
The TRK 502 is indeed a very nice and reliable bike. What do you mean by you took the rubber out?
Agreed with the tube tires, I have a Africa Twin 2016 and I'm going nuts with the tubes, that's the only problem of that bike.
there is no vibration if you don't have a monocylinder 😂
I had a Pegaso Strada 660 for 8y and now looking for something new. When I hear " it vibrates" I am like, please test my bike 😆
For me, now any bike is smooth :D...
😂😂😂😂😂 Good point!
@@RideWithAlex how hard it is to turn it around the parking lot ?
Heard is top heavy...
@@McMike it is a bit top heavy but depends how tall you are and if you can reach the ground comfortably.
@@RideWithAlex ~ 1.77cm.
Found a used 502 from 2019 40k at 4000€. Will test it tomorrow.
If it feals too heavy, will have to look for something else.
Did a test ride with 1290 Adv and an Africa Twin 1100 and found them not that top heavy.
But the budget is limited for this year '23/'24
Beautiful bike.
alex thank u for your efforts on this channel ... can u please review zontes scooter 350e 😊
We have one on the showroom I was promised it will be registered as a test vehicle so I can take it out on the road and do a proper review 😁
@@RideWithAlex ohhh thats a great news iam waiting for that review many thanx you do the best as usual
Do you think the vibration might improve as the engine beds in?
No.
I dont even notice the vibrations anymore, yes they are still there but you get used to it as its not that bad in the first place.
Replacing the front sprocket with one less tooth will drop the RPM and might reduce the vibration. That is a good looking bike.
No , dropping a tooth on the front will increase the rpm.
What if I have Ultraseal in my tires as a preventive measure?
Would that help?
I've never used stuff like that, don't know 🤷
Slime
i has trk 251, same buzzing vibrations. i didnt like it. i had to check screws before every ride
Just have to use locktite once then no more.worries
How is the Resell Value over there for Benelli? Here in the US these things sell like crap and have worse resell than CFMOTO currently. Bike looks really nice but yeah for us US riders it is a very different world here I think in regards to bikes in general. Harley Cruisers / BMW Adv / Honda Adv that's about it.
They don't hold their value as big manufacturers but you do save money when you buy so .... :/
Test new voge ds525x?
Not available here yet
This TRK 502X did it experience any overheat during long ride?
I've never heared of overheating issues.
@@RideWithAlex so it is good motorcycle to ride in a long distance. How long have you been riding the motorcycle without turning off the engine?
@@semarfumes9708 I only rode it on this test ride for half an hour but a lot of people have gone touring on it no problem.
Sir you are comparing Beneli TRK 502X with BMW R 1250 GS so it must be not good as BMW because it's price is 4 time less than BMW R 1250 GS.... I think beneli at this price making it best.... In pakistan 🇵🇰 beneli 502x cast 3 million and bmw R 1250 cost more than 12 million PKR... So must be difference in quality
Sounds great. They ruined the bigger 702 version by having a 270 crank, should have stuck with 360.
FIRST
Confirmed :))
So much for Italian design , China built lol #angrybird
U r so funny, I laughed a lot, do you have insta? cheers bro
