  • Peanut Butter has many healing medicinal properties for the body. Not only is it healthy, it's delicious! Resveratrol, an antioxidant in peanuts, reduces cardiovascular inflammation, lowers blood pressure, increases circulation and relaxes blood vessels. It also reduces LDL oxidation responsible for the hardening of arteries and coronary arteries and coronary artery diseases.
A 2018 review in Current Atherosclerosis Reports found that nut consumption doesn’t just reduce the risk of dying from heart disease; but eating peanuts also reduces high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and helps keep blood vessels healthy.

Be sure your peanut butter is organic sourced. Counterintuitively the hard exterior shell of the peanut actually functions as a sponge soaking up anything in it's immediate surrounding i.e. pesticides etc. Also all you need is "peanuts," avoid products that inject oils as that will double or triple the saturated fat output per serving. It's not hard to have to stir the jar when you open it for the first time. Cheers.

@@Joy-ym3mx Yes absolutely peanut crops will absorb insecticides, fungicides, glyphosate....you name it. Avoid non organic at all costs. Unfortunately the 70s and 80s are long gone. I haven't eaten Peter Pan, Jiffy etc. in decades. Also I would never eat peanut butter in recycled plastic containers. Only glass jars. The amount of hydrocarbons lurking in recycles plastics or cardboards is insane. Never eat any food packaged or touching this stuff. Terribly toxic in the long run.

I just want to pass this along to everyone,
    I. Purchase Laura Scuuter’s brand of peanut butter,
    It’s simply ground up peanuts.
And a little salt to taste,
    Absolutely no sugar,
    Corn -syrup ,
    Or palm -oils,
    It’s absolutely delicious,
Several years ago it was sold in glass jars ,
Now however it’s sold in plastic jars,
Up on the grocery store shelves you can definitely tell that there’s a layer of peanut oil at the top of the product,
You simply take a spoon and mix or stir it all back up and then put the lid back onto the jar and put your jar back into the cupboard and use it as needed,
No reason to keep it in your fridge,
    Unless you really want to,
However that Laura skudders ( autocorrect)
Anyways they sale both smooth and crunchy,
That stuff is out of this world,
    It’s amazing,
Definitely great for either sandwiches ,
    Or snacks,
I would strongly suggest getting it ,
Especially because of both the taste and because of how it’s made,
Stay safe everyone and please remember to to keep your hands clean and washed up at all times too

I feel like I have heard so much about how peanut butter is inflammatory. I love Peanut Butter so much! I suppose we need to consume plain peanut butter with no added ingredients!

Dr. Mandell you are the best. Always cheerful and to the point. I love peanut butter and my favorite way to have it is on raisin bread. No jam needed. Thank you for all you do for us. ♥
