This was a terrific workout!! I was sweating and smiling the whole time! What is the name of the instructor? He has great charisma, and he was very patient with Andy lol. Please, do more an hour workouts like this, I loved it!
hi do you have a shorter video on using the flexibar? cos nowadays we cant really afford to spend an hr to exercise...so pls if you do have. one that is short in timing and max effective to tone our bodies. thank you
