Good stuff. At 62 I had to give up moving heavy iron. My joints hurt constantly as did my lower back. Animal flow and Pavel's AXE kettle bell system have saved me. 67 and feeling the best I have in years. Animal/Primal Flow produces a multitude of positives and KBs have maintained good quality overall strength.
Excellent instruction- I thoroughly enjoyed the flow and found it surprisingly demanding on my cardiovascular system. Will definitely be practicing each and every day.❤
Excellent class. As a yoga instructor I appreciate these movements; while some types of yoga allow you to "flow," they tend to still be a linear, masculine practice. These primal flows invite movement and the opportunity to build strength while doings so; such a low key feminine modality for exercise. Love it! Thanks ya'll
At first I wanted to write that you explain and show very poorly. Then I started to figure it out and realized that the case was on my side, I was in a hurry. You show me all the movements perfectly, I couldn't repeat it for the first time, it was my fault. I'll try it tomorrow. I'm glad I found your channel, I subscribed, thank you!
Awesome breakdown, and instruction. Would love to start with this and follow through regularly, but for beginners, I think this would be better suited to first wrist strengthening for a week or so.
glad I found this :) a few years ago, I had a friend who I trained with who was training to teach AF, so I followed along as she did some AF as a pre-work out stretch, I hate that once COV hit I stopped training and just stuck to my running. Now, after much procrastination I've finally got back to training (gym) and refound AF, and am following along with this as my morning stretch/preworkout, before I head to the gym Thanks
Thank you beloved brother much appreciated. you are an amazing teacher. im going to practice this one for a week and go to your next class. InshAllah. many blessings.
Second day doing this workout with you and how you are not slipping because of sweat on your hands is beyond me haha I'll keep practicing and hopefully that comes with time Thanks for the video!
meee tooo! I keep finding these beginners and they are like "beginner is still hard, its just the basic movements" I need the prequel to their beginners!
Go with Scott Sonnen's FLOW FIT. Start with Level 1. Master a level before moving up. In 3-6 months your whole body will change for the better. I'm 67 and the last four years have been amazing. Lifelong weight lifter and it was killing me.
I feel great after this!!! First class ever with animal flow and love it even tho I couldn't get the Las movements perfectly, guess I need to get stronger! 🙃 Thank you!!!
I am pretty fit and athletic, but WOW this was so different and fun and *difficult* , I fell on my but a couple of times doing crab stuff lmao. Subbed!
Question: is there something I can do to make the heels of my palms not hurt? Most of my weight seems to go to that part of my hand (as opposed to being spread out among the hand). I have this issue when doing pushups and yoga poses, as well.
For me it was far from a beginner sequence. I think you need to start off with very strong, healthy wrists (I have carpal tunnel in both wrists but I have been working on strength and rehabilitation. My right wrist is getting much better and was fine for the sequence but my left wrist held me back and complicated matters). I also have dyspraxia which is a coordination disorder so this might not be relevant for everyone or anyone attempting this but I would need an even more basic sequence or a list of skills to develop before coming into the program. Any prerequistes I could work on to make this video more accessible?
Wow, recently came across this. I admit at 68 years old this is tough. The hardest part is the stress on the wrists. Really need to improve that flexibility in order to fo this. But I WILL !!!
After 17 years of pilates practice, I love this beginners routine and looking forward to the next level in a few weeks.
People who practice ashtanga yoga will be smiling at your pilates..😂
Just tried for my first time at 49.5 years old. My old body kept up with you. I love it and plan to add this to my workout regimen.
I'm gonna try this tomorrow. I'm 447 months old and hope to keep up with it too.
@@riittasutinen2970
433 months here. Gonna try it tomorrow.
Some people can do, some teach but this gentleman can do both. Thanks so much for clear instructions and demonstration.
I am so used to practising yoga, this was really nice for a change. I loved it.
It looked so easy when I watched through the first time, the detailed coaching really helped ,strength come with practice. thanks

Guys, this is a total beginner level. This is literally my third class and I could follow it perfectly
Excellent instruction- I thoroughly enjoyed the flow and found it surprisingly demanding on my cardiovascular system. Will definitely be practicing each and every day.❤
Brilliant flow! Excellent instruction. 😀 It's added to my weekly exercise routine! Thanks.

Thank you very much for sharing this amazing practice! I love it, will do this flow again and again!

Awesome class for a bloody beginner with some four years of yoga experience like me. Keep the excellent work and thank you very much!
How does that make you a bloody beginner? 4 years of yoga sounds pretty advanced to me.
Lol, this really does require foundational strength to perform.
Really clearly explained, and broken down, very easy to understand. Thanks! Really enjoyed it
for my first-ever animal flow session I played you guys and it turned out great. Thank You
glad I found this :)

OMG this was soooo much fun!! My first time doing this and your instructions were brilliantly clear, Thank you!!
This is beginner? I’m 67 years old. I need a preschool version. Lol I did it, but it looked like a comedy routine.

awesome for beginners, this was my second little flow and it was a lot of fun!
Завораживающе 🚀
Мега Супер круто 🔥🔥🔥
Задействуются все мышечные группы.
Эстетично 💯
Awesome class instruction, I’m very beginning very flexible but not arm strength so will take me longer but I love it !
wow, this is amazing! Thank you for your thorough explanation. I have not practice movements like that since childhood in S. America!
I feel great after this!!! First class ever with animal flow and love it even tho I couldn't get the Las movements perfectly, guess I need to get stronger! 🙃 Thank you!!!
divinely guided to this channel
I would love to sign for such a course but I am afraid I don't have enough tatoos to connect with the nature.
Great instructions.
What a versatile routine, love it!
Instructions not clear I now live in the rainforest swinging from trees and chasing down predators

The massive training. Thanku you a lot!
I love how he's doing the big "WOOOOOOSH!" breathing, but not explaining when to or if we should also be doing it at all. 😂
Loved it, but my arms are killing me,lol! Clearly have to practice a few more weeks before I move to the next session 💪
We need more of these videos
If that's a version for beginners, I need a version for disabled...😅
ok this stuff is cool. I'm so delving in!

Great breakdown and work out!
Great tutorial and workout!!!!
Is there something even more beginner? most of this I would love to do but I am still too out of shape with no balance.
Magnifico ❤ grazie !!!
I wonder how this flow would look done to music and without talking for additional performance of complete flow
Where do I find more videos like these on your page?
not super clear what. to do wth hands but i figured it out - you basically come back one body width to the right or left, right?
Muito bom, mesmo entendo pouco inglês consegui fazer tudo ❤
Thanks ❤ 😊

That last pickup selection had a very strong Mark Knopfler vibe
Great teacher
My arms are giving out before anything else does. Will have to keep at it. I got some floor mats too cause my lower palms were hurting.
Very good instructions !
Very good, the only drawback for me is the place it requires.
I did this in yoga class today, as yoga has several postures similar to primal movement. Feedback was: challenging but fun! Thanks for sharing!
Thank you very clear!
It's really this is the first time I've seen this and i just exciting to try, strong flow and lot of energy, love it👍🤍
Gonna be doing this all my vacations (1 month) lets see!!
useful video for trainers~~Thanks!
beautiful job guys thank you!!!
Wonderful!
a mirror is also sufficient to establish that one can _not_ "hit the 3-point bridge" ... as I just found out first hand.
The best 👍💯
Thanks. Well explained
Love it!

Great workout for us apartment dwellers who do not want to disturb our downstairs neighbors with jumping.
Thank you brother.....
