In this video I have discussed about some advance exercises for knee pain, knee swelling and knee crip sound that is mostly happening in knee arthritis. These exercises are very effective and you can do easily in home.
Knee pain is causing degeneration of knee joint due to calcium diffciency in the body initialy complain knee pain swelling and after some time reduced knee gap.
So the exercises that mentioned in video If you follow you will get relief from knee arthritis or knee osteoarthritis pain.
Before starting exercises apply hot fomentation of knee with the help of heating pad,gel pads or warm saltor alum water as mentioned in video.
If you feel any discomfort during exercises Stop immediately and consult your family doctor or Physiotherapists.

सर मुझे avn की प्रॉब्लम की वजह से मेरा एक पैर छोटा हो गया है उस पैर को सामान्य कैसे किया जाय मार्गदर्शन करे तो मुझ पर आपकी अति कृपा होगी

@@Ahmadphysiovedic सर वो वीडियो तो देख चुका हूँ उसमे आपने एक बात बिल्कुल सही बताई मे जेब में पर्स रखता था शायद उसके वजह से मेरी साइटिक नस दब जाने के कारण avn का शिकार हुआ मे पिछले ४ साल से योगा एक्साइश कर के लगभग ७० प्रतिशत ठीक हो चुका था लेकिन मेरा एक पैर थोड़ा सा छोटा था वो अगर सामान्य हो जाता तो मे लगभग पूरी तरह ठीक हो गया होता अब उस पैर की वजह से मेरा दूसरा पैर भी गया अब मे कमजोरी के कारण योग नही कर पा रहा हूँ बस इतना मार्गदर्शन कीजिय मेरा पैर सामान्य केसे करूँ
