Assuming you have the Imperial scale on the saw you might consider making the fence on the blade side 1" thick so that you could continue to use the scale with a 1" adjustment. Perhaps attach a (say, 3/8" thick) softwood board to the 18mm ply and then plane it down to 1". Similar if you've installed a metric scale (say, 20mm thick fence). By the way, Sawstop has a part number for a metric scale for that saw (it's in the manual) but customer support told me it's not available. Boo!

Ron, it looks like your T-track and the dado on the opposite face are aligned. It’s hard to tell in the video, but wouldn’t that make the fence really weak in that area? I love the idea of this fence and will want to make it for my JSS. How deep is that dado on the back?

Hi Ron, im in the process of ordering a custom Mission Trailer. Did you add any new features to the trailer or have any suggestions on what I should order extra on this trailer? Examples: different flooring, Linex the floor, lights, etc. I'll be buying your plans very soon to build it out. Thanks for putting all this together

Awesome video, especially with the new Lite version video that you just released.
What router bit you used for the T-track?

I keep hitting the thumbs down button twice, but it keeps coming off. How do I make it stay on? 😂😂 Great video. 👍
