What a fabulous interview! You can see and feel why Horner is such a high performance leader, his view and capacity to respond is extremely snappy, a truly F1 Team player!
One of the better interviews I've tuned in to so far. Interviewer asking all the right questions while pushing the boundary ever so slightly and Horner exhibiting his knack of replying respectfully. Truly enjoyed viewing this!
Good interview, if not a lil late...Silverstone was in July. Fascinating to see the team that seems to have the most fun, being so dominant this season. Even with the field being so close! Kudos to Red Bull for getting it right!
Historically, Stroll is much better than most paying drivers....Latifi and Mazepin two recent examples.....This year, Logan Sargent is clearly less good, and I would compare Stroll favorably to a few others as well (Tsunoda, Hulk, Zhou)...unfortunately driver competency is very hard to compare across different teams/cars, so this whole discussion can only be subjective.
He’s incredible at his job. Red Bull are actually so good they are now taking part in two races each week, the one they will win and the other race involving the rest! And it’s set to continue next year!

One of the better interviews I have seen (with Christian and many others) so my compliments. Today I learned something, rather than hearing the same old stuff and that is down to the interviewer.
Christian Horner : The BEST team principal in F1. The man who has led his team to 7 drivers championships and 6 constructors championships beating the major car manufacturers like Ferrari and Mercedes on their way. Also - he was the man to finally shut up Toxic Toto Wolff and Crybaby Lewis Hamilton 😅
A good interviewer listens to the responses and draws out more information, it seems this interviewer has a pre prepared list of questions she is being fed. A lot of questions are left unanswered
@@aslamnurfikri7640 funny thing is Lance scored double the points of Russell in 2016 ,the year before he entered F1 ,but he never got the hype George did ,partly cause he wasn't British
Christian is a real beast. Red Bull are probably the sharpest race team and with Newey making the car and Christian running the team, they are a force to be reckoned with. Max is ok too ;).
It's very simple - Horner is the best ever F1 manager because he is the only manager (axept Enzo Ferrari), who was also a racing driver.. That's why he knows best what the driver needs in each moment and that's why he does always the best to supply his drivers the best car
Oracle Red Bull has the best in race strategy in he sport, it won them more races than the cars or drivers because other teams ie Ferrari is fundamentally the worst. AMG are good strategist as well.
Lance actually deserves to be in F1. He beat Alonso and been on pole. Is he champion material idk, but definitely a good mid field driver. He’s better than Mazespin and Latifi for sure.
Those drivers 100% got there on talent, but it took a fortune plus their talent before they ever saw a paycheck. There is no way to make it cheaper. I have been a part of a karting team for a few years now on the national level, and it takes a small fortune to compete at the top. You can certainly compete at a local club level on a reasonable budget, but that is as far as it will take you.
If they want more races I wouldn't be opposed to rotating races in and out of the calender. But if you look at the size of the US and the amount of races vs the amount of races in Europe I can't get mad at a 4th US GP as long as they do it right. If they build a great circuit somewhere in the US why would it be bad? In the end it's all about how they do it, ,not so much if they do it.
Step 1: hire Adrian Newey Step 2: leave your pregnant girlfriend for a Spice Girl Step 3: never hold the favored driver on the team accountable for anything Step 4: win
Is it that hard to get an interviewer that has a clue about Formula 1? Good initial questions but the follow ups were weak. A lot of missed opportunities to press/expand on topics. 100% reliance on the producer, 0% interviewer savvy.
Two Fire sign women, Leo and Aries + a Scorpio and a Taurus man...sadly, completely incompatible couples, how do they really get along behind closed doors? These relationships seem more like business deals rather than romantic partnerships. The money? 🤷♀️ I would have to lose my heart and find love a silly thing to want or need. 🥺

For a while there, I believe up until this year Christian was the longest serving but also the youngest team principal, quite the achievement.
Sara: Can this ever be an electric vehicle? 🤔
Christian: No. ❤️
Sara: Never? 😮
Christian: It shouldn’t be. ❤️
