you do know all team principals are usaully at the pit wall or in the garage for 99% of the race.

Horner has the sharpest tongue in the paddock love how he told Zak Brown Danny Ric was putting on weight and getting rid of his mclaren bad driving habits then he said I don't know what you did to him, poor old Zak just sat there not saying a word
These videos are next level quality!! Not only do I love drinking Red Bull products, but it drew me into to F1 about 5 years ago. I can’t even imagine being in the Red Bull pit area, and sadly like the majority of fans will never get the chance. This gives all of us access to what it would be like. Well done!!

This video is really cool to see Christian's job/what goes on during his race weekend contrasted to how we always see the driver's weekends. All the little details of his job like being last one to the track for possible last minute parts, to the superstitions of race day, to the daily meetings for all the different departments he looks after, and to have to juggle the drivers and sponsor obligations on top of all that is really cool to see.
I'm saving this video on my google drive.
Christian is a tremendous leader, running a tech organization and high performance sports team as well. I would love to meet him and discuss those leadership principles. There is a lot to learn from someone who took a new team to the top, fell to second with the turbo hybrid rule change in 2014 then brought the team back to first again in 2022. Well done to Christian and his entire team at Red Bull.
I would love to meet him and ask him those things.... and then when I would actually meet him have no clue what to say and probably just offering to buy him a beer or something stupid like that. (Depending on the moment of offering, Horner seems to me the kind of guy that might accept and it ending up in an amazing time in a bar lol)

Well done chaps. In the tumultuous world of F1, Christian is a sight to behold. He's a business swan. Calm, cool and graceful on the surface but you just know that under the water, his legs must be going at near the speed of sound. Cool boss.

Came here from the future. such a shame to see Christian pushed out from Red Bull. He has done so much for the team. In 2036 everyone will have proof that Jos was behind everything, unfortunately it will be too late. Max is at HAAS by the way, they are dominating F1 since 2030.

I really want to see the timetable of the week, when Christian Horner is going to work on Monday to the Sunday evening. Just how many appointment he have in this week. It is really cool, i would love to work in F1. But you have to remember that this is more then 90 minutes race.
