Thanks for another informative and funny video. It was exactly what I have been trying to learn. I have a few questions: Where did you learn Fusion 360? Any other resources besides RUclips university? ; ) Have you ever cut a sign that was larger than the capacity of your table? We have the CrossFire Pro and would like video on cutting larger projects. Thanks and have a great day!

Glad you liked it. I learned when i got my 3d printer. I learned a ton from Lars Christiansen. He does a great job explaining what all the tool do. As far as larger signs, i have a shop with a large fiber laser table i sub them out too. I create the file and they cut it. I found that more cost effective with material handling. Ive never done any segment bend with my machine.

I was waiting for the accent LED lighting. I feel like the customer missed out on requesting that from you especially since you are an electrician. I’m thinking just a small set of light changing 5 V LEDs that would give them the option of brightness, color, on/off, or motion sensor. Great job and not a bad price. I was wondering how many jobs it would take to pay for a Langmuir system Since I already have the plasma cutter.

Keep up the great videos! I sketched up my first multi layered sign after watching this video! What is your method of creating separating cut paths for the different layers? In the video, you go from multi layered sketch and jumped to all the pieces on the same plane (around the 11 minute mark of the video)? Awesome work! Cheers!

That will be my next project but first please make another tutorial to explain how or what to do when the program keeps saying pierce or high delay too short even though I raised the number from 1 to 2 still not cutting I hope you know what I meant since my English ain’t that good, by the way I always watch your videos

Do you think its required to drill the hole for the stand offs to weld them? Couldn't you just weld them by holding them straight with another piece of steel, like a block? Then there are no grind marks on the surface and could save time. Thoughts? I get using the screw for the squareness, but can it be done without.

I know what your saying. Ive tried it that way and its a pain to get the placement perfect. Especially if you have multiple layers or pieces. The reference holes on both layers takes all the guessing out of the placement. Theres other ways to do it, thats just the way i prefer.

@@SpicerDesignsLLCthat makes sense. I could see being off only by a mm or two can make the lettering out of alignment and holes not lining up. Thanks!

How do the standoffs attach during final assembly? Do the just press together?
