great playing! this is probably my all time favorite guitar solo.
I love it! I miss old Frank. He really had some beautiful solos, and wild ones. He really had it all togethor. Hes def in my top 10 list guitarist and musician-wise.
...it´s incredible, but i thought exactly the same when i heard this song 5 years ago !! Finally the solo was the reason why i started guitar playing.

Being a Zappa fan myself, I sadly admit, even though he was f*cking awesome, he was not a virtuoso player. His style was beautiful, however, and readily digestible. I love his playing. It is nice to hear a young player emulate the sounds of Master Frank. Well done, mister. Thanks so much for sharing. Mr. Z would be proud. Music is the best...

This is the most beautiful solo in Music History. Does anybody know how he did that weird metalic sound ? With a pedal or just with his friendly little finger ?!
He just tickles the bottom E lightly whilst bending the string from what I can tell watching the Barcelona performance.

The full album is awesome, isn't it?
I'm not exactly sure what "virtuoso" means. I'm not exactly sure why it matters either. Frank was one of a kind...every time out too (I saw him aboiut 12 times). I'll listen to FZ over Segovia any day. It's not that I think Segovia sucks or anything, just not my taste.
Actually my guitar needs a Luthier!
