By: Hectic Menace
Darksiders II follows the exploits of Death, one of the four horsemen of the Apocalypse, in a weaving tale that runs parallel to the events in the original Darksiders game. This epic journey propels Death through various light and dark realms as he tries to redeem his brother War, the horseman who was blamed for prematurely starting the Apocalypse in Darksiders.
Featuring a dramatically larger world, full weapon and armor upgrade systems as well as bigger and more challenging dungeons and vast array of new enemies and bosses, Darksiders II strives to improve on every aspect of the original hit.

War - Uses Honor to explain everything in his story
Death - Sacrifices himself to protect his brother's Honor and life
Fury - Learns how to be honorable instead of brash and quick to action
Strife - Teaches everyone that Honor and living are worth it (From Darksiders 3(what we see of him))
4 riders of the apocalypse.
1 honor.
There is darksiders genesis where you can play as strife or war but it is a little different game instead well known slasher. And strife is like mix between deadpool and wolverine or spiderman - wacky but know when to be serious.
Darksider's Genisis: Strife- Now he's deadpool.
Actually, Fury had to learn to keep composure and respect the people who tried to help her. Do not look down upon those who would be classified as lesser for they can actually rise to the occasion
I'm guessing Strife will be about bringing order in a world of chaos and trying to remember that what makes you human. Strife chose to walk as a man a human. So in order to save the rest of humanity he must Embrace that what makes him human but reveal his true form of a beast
Death didnt quite sacrifice himself, the sacrifice was all the souls of the nephilim that he had contained in the shards in his chest
“My brother War... I would protect him above all”
The horsemen truly love each other unconditionally as real family should 😭
"To save war, i would storm the white city"
Due to the nature of this game, there can be only ONE punishment capable of keeping her far from pleasure.
"This time, Lilith... you will get no pleasure from it."
"NOOOOOOO!"
And then, she was sent into a whimsical land of magical rainbows, pretty sparklers, and cute, cuddly little critters. And the worst part? She is unable to kill them. Oh, and they like to give newcomers a hug.
savage !
and at night she is strapped to a chair that she is unable to get out of and is forced to watch every Disney musical film!
Eh, that sounds like something that WOULD pleasure a demon, tbh. xD
Yellow, everybody! Blue Here!
That's pretty much what happened to Freiza in DBZ.
To be honest, that's what I thought about too. Physical pain is nothing to a demon like her so let's go mental, let her see what she despises as a demon and loop it again and again thereby hurting her again and again.
'No. Not alone.'
So badass!
Death is like the wind. Always by my side.
yasuo
Gave me chills.
@XxxSUPERBEASTxxX He is.
Also sounds like Illidan Stormrage
It's comforting to know that, for once, the hero completely foiled the mysterious antagonist's plans instead of serving them.
Lucifer is pissed that Lilith didn't try hard enough to convince Death to forget War and revive the Nephilim
Coming from someone who did not do a thing and let all be done in his stead if kinda hilarious thought...
Lol Death spent the whole game trying to save War and in the end War saved him.
They saved each other
@@ANONYMOUS-sp8kn not really, War saved himself by having the seal broken as well as Death. The council was always going to betray War a second time as it is made clear when he dies at the end. The bullshit they sent Death on was just more manipulation.
"I await your punishment" then proceeds to smile 🤣
I think she was expecting some nasty rape session as that's her way of drawing power from powerful demons. But eh, the dark prince was a bit... too pissed this time.

The Deposed King was harder than the last boss.
Argul is easy if you have a good teleport slash and time your attacks
Well I think the guardian was the hardest cuz of the timing of his bomb. and also the timing of your attack.
Adrien Pesado Nah. Absalom is the hardest boss for me in Apocalyptic, right behind the Spawn of Satan himself the damn "Suffering".
The king is an incredibly entertaining encounter when you are going to him at level 12 ish. Takes you about 20 minutes and no room for error.
The hardest bosses for me in apocalyptic were Gnashor, the Wailing Host and Archon
Absalom maybe the oldest of the Nephilim, he maybe the older brother of Death, but to Death, his brother, the only brother to him is War, because he knew War was innocent, and he knew War would bring the Horsemen back. All of them.

Grieving Lampshade my dude ran out of fucks to giVE
One of the best or the best game ive ever played...if i was rich i wouldve give all my fucking money to the producer so they can create a ds3 :(
GREAT NEWS! SOME COMPANY BOUGHT THE FRANCHISE AND THEY ARE WORKING ON DARKSIDERS 3!! THEY GAVE OUT A TEASER OF WARS SWORD ON TOP OF A HILL. AND SAID WE ARE COMING UP WITH SOMETHING BIG. AND CURRENTLY ITS CALLED PROJECT X
+Joshua Terrazas where can i see it
Just search up darksiders 3 and click on the first video. RUclips byw
+Pape Benoit As Asgore said they are coming out with the others a new company bought them. i was skeptical at first on whether it might be good or not but the company making it is the same one that created the remodeled Darksiders 2(Deathinitive edition)
Welp its here now i just randomly came here because of excitement
"true ending" this is just the NORMAL ending don't clickbait title us like there's more than one ending just because part of is after the credits
That awesome moment when you relise that they kept War's voice actor. War your still my favorite bro.
ACTUALLY, I may have a solution for you about the Scythe. It's possible that Death's sacrifice and humanity's redemption (since we have NO IDEA how long the process takes OR how long it takes for anyone to know the consequences of events in the Well of Souls), occurs just prior to the events of the 1st game. Vulgrim might have gained access to Death's weapon when he "ceased to exist", thus being able to sell it's ethereal ownership to War, which was annulled by the 7th seal shattering. =3
Scream, then Nightmare Mode, then New Game+..... This is Dark Souls.
True Ending is...
*"Nightmare mode Unlock!"*
ohhhh the excitement for the 3rd game is real!...
and damn Fastest Gun of the south belongs to Django,
thats because Strife isn't walking the 3rd kingdom.
He didn't really want to. Lilith put the thought in his mind, but he knew that for the greater good, he had to sacrifice them for Mankind's return.
For darksiders 3 nordic games hired most of the people from THQ back and renamed themselves THQNordic, so it's basically the sequel they were going to make.
and the game sucks soo bad...
@@nitroracer5009 yup doesn't even felt like 1 or 2
Lilith's scream was exquisite.
What do you mean? To me it was not! Poor girl!
like if this is not a secret ending!
Dont go death!
You still havent fetched the tea for fury yet!
The crow father said he couldn't resurrect the nephilim race- the many others that the 4 horsemen killed. So he didn't get both. As to the horsemen resurrecting (war as well) they never explicitly say how, but it seems to be part of the power they receive from the 7th seal breaking.
The lore of Darksiders states that the Four Horsemen posess power beyond heaven and hell, but only when they are called upon. AKA with the seals behind their back. If the seventh seal were to be broken it would call the Horsemen from where-ever they may be, even from beyond death.
wtf kind of post is this? The crow father said he could resurrect the nephalem at the expense of humanity or vice versa and Death chose to sacrifice the souls of the nephalem to bring humanity back instead. As for the horsemen from the beginning of the first fucking game they say how the horsemen came back. The seventh seal summons them to maintain the balance with all the might granted to them by the charred council and punish the wicked before the seals are reforged and a new era of peace begins. Even here they re-show war holding the broken shard of the seventh seal and the crow father clearly says he broke the seals to summon the horsemen.
I only just found out that Lucifer and Death have different voice actors. THEY SOUND SO SIMILAR
"And the number of the riders shall ever be four."
This...makes me wonder if the protagonist for Darksiders 3 will become a new Horseman.
The protagonist is fury.
We DO need a game where all four horsemen are involved!
Dark Siders 4. Im excited for the layout
its War Death,fury,and,strife
I wonder what Death looks like. Does he have a normal face like War or a weird skull face like Vulgrim.
he has a normal face
So Liliths punishment is to play the game on Nightmare Mode?
😂😂
Nordic Games purchased the rights to publish the Darksiders series, and are planning on releasing part three, and likely part four, as well. Joystiq has a good article on the subject, in which Nordic's CEO states they have already been contacted by developers interested in the series, and are planning on holding meetings with developers this summer during E3. All indications point to the release of more Darksiders games, but not until at least 2014-2015.
i ment 'after war slayed the destroyer :P' and yes. Death got revived and summoned together with war when the seventh seal was broken :)
I took out the last boss in one hit, i dont know if i accidentally did an exploit or if hes just ridiculously weak but i was really disappointed when that happened
i think in one of the games they mention the creator, and the council governs over the creations to keep the balance.
Indeed, you may be right. Ulthane forged Mercy for War, and it was probably based on Strife's guns, but I thought Death's Redemption WAS Strife's gun... which leads me to wonder how The Makers got. it. Also, how did Vulgrim get Death's scythe? It looks like his Reaper Form scythe, so I'm wondering what happened to Death/Strife? Oh well, guess we'll find out in the sequels!
The Nephilim are the hybrid of angel and demon, brought about by Lilith when she binded the dusts of the two together. Absalom was the first, eventually with the others, such as the Four.
So just what the hell is Satan doing right now? He's letting Abaddon rule Hell's army like he doesn't give a shit and he's obviously not working with the angels.
You mean to tell me Samael scared Satan so bad he gave up hell and now he needs Nephilim for an army instead of demons?
Overlord Samael is a fucking boss yo!!!!
Lucifer still runs hell he basically planned this whole thing to get addamon back with hells army and his sealed up nephilem siblings. Samuel is rumored to be second or on par with Satan power but I highly doubt Satan fears Samuel
Remember that Abaddon was Lilith's puppet. She was responsible for his corruption. And if she did that to him and the Devil makes her squeal in fear, imagine... Vulgrim said that Samael used to be near the power of Lucifer and rumored to at some point, even rivale him. But if that was in any point the case, it's no longer true. Lucifer is certainly the top dog and leader of Hell. And the whole End War was orchastrated by him. He still desires more than an army of demons of course but I'm sure he'll make do. I'm just wondering what the heck are the other Archangels just doing sitting in Heaven.
wintersnoob 🤔🤔🤔🤔
Yes
"This time Lilith, you will get no pleasure from it..."
Oh.
Who is that guy talking to lilith? Maybe it's the devil, but why does he sound like death?
He's Lucifer, AKA Satanas, The Destroyer, etc.
Most likely it’s Lucifer as she addresses him as “Prince” and he is known as “The Dark Prince” or it could be Samael as he is know as “The Blood Prince” but it’s not the same voice actor
@@trickycm1040 Samael and Lucifer are not same characters. Lilith didn't serve Samael.

Beautiful daimon
gotta admit, i dont get how they get from "death brought back balance, war basicly made his failure right again" to "war is held captive while fury kills the seven sins"
schippes24 War was framed by the council and ultimately they control all the horsemen, DS3 takes place the same time as DS2 so while death is trying to prove Wars innocence, they send Fury after the sins (Fury doesn’t exactly like any of the horsemen other than Death, who she respects)
Wait wait...darksiders 2 and 3 stories go parallel.....you'll hear fury saying death is missing....that's it...he's on this mission....while besides fury is clearing 7 deadly sins
While death is in the land of the dead and the forge lands fury finishes her quest as at the end the destroyer is freshly invading and in lost light in ds 2 you go to earth and you take the rod of arefel from the destroyers extracting of power so deaths journey finishes after
For starters, let's remember that Darksiders 1 takes place a century after the Apocalypse, during which Humanity was rendered nearly extinct. That means War was imprisoned by the Council for a century before he got around to clearing his name.
Darksiders 2 takes place during this century, and ends with Death sacrificing himself and the Nephilim to bring Humanity back from the dead. It's also explained that Death's sacrifice happens right when War kills the Destroyer and the Seventh Seal is broken (Darksiders 1 ending).
What's not explained is how long Death's journey took. For all we know, his journey took the longest period of time, which would then explain how he was already missing when Fury was tasked with destroying the Seven Deadly Sins (Darksiders 3)
My guess is Death, with all the travelling between realms and all, took nearly a hundred years to complete - Fury's journey started after he went on his, not too long after the Apocalypse ended (ten years maybe?), and took a lot less time to complete (between a few weeks and a couple years at most).
By the time Death visited Earth, Fury had already gone into hiding with the surviving humans, and so it was believed that all humans were now dead. Strife had left one of his guns to Ulthane, so that he would give it to War to help him, and probably traveled to the Maker's World to leave the other gun for Death to use.
That would then imply that Death was in a coma after his fight with the Crowfather, or that the portal that brought to the Maker's Lands didn't just transport him through space but also time.
I really hope this prince is the final bad ass boss
nameisirrelevent 4 yes, and hes name is daystar... Lucifer.
Submissive Lilith looking cute as heck though.
I read from an interview that if sales are good from this game then fury and strife will have their own games and possibly one with all 4 in the fray. Considering in the first 2 weeks 270000 copies were sold in the USA prospects look good :) I personally hope it's fury if there's a next her whip sounds cool
Guys. Actually its Conquest, War, Famine and Death. Though the more popular and widely used interpretation and also used in here is the one where they replaced Conquest with Pestilence.
Yes, at the end, Death did "die," but that doesn't mean much for a Horseman of the Apocalypse. *Darksid ers 1 spoilers* War died in the first game, killed by the Armageddon Blade, breaking his connection with the Watcher. Right after that, though, the Seventh Seal was broken, which summons ALL of the horsemen, dead or alive. War was resurrected on the spot, and killed the watcher. You can also see the other 3 descending onto earth, Death even from the grave, and Fury and Strife from wherever.
3:41 i wonder what lucifer did to her ?
How did I miss this?
Nordic Games did not purchase THQ. Nordic games purchased the rights to some of the game series THQ published. Other THQ published series were purchased by Crytek, Deep Silver, Gearbox, 505 Games, and so on. On a related note, Crytek hired most of former Vigil Games creative team that developed Darksiders, and put them to work at Crytek USA In Texas. For this reason, it is rumored Nordic might work with Crytek on any future Darksiders games.
So darksiders 2 ending confirms darksiders 3, and 4 end up where they all come back to war.... Neat
So much for Lilith.
"Take my hand ones more brother" So sad.
But i am not sure what he ment. He could be tricking death. Or maybe death whas tiered of him. But if not, they could at least have shaked hands for a moment of peace . *sob* :'(
The last time death did that he caused this hole corruption mess
No corruption was from absolms hate and death and absolom were close before the horsemen absolom knew he would die so he wanted o know death still cared about him
Seems like Lilith got the worst of it, at least Absaloms scream was way better
after he died uriel broke the seventh seal and he was summoned with fury and strife . so yea he made a dive before war had killed the destroyer
because death and war did that at the same time if you paid close attention you could actualy see abbadon in the part where you beat the angel with the key that happend while war was killing abbadon
Death, War, Strife and Fury.
I got stuck at a puzzle like half way in the game and stoped but I'm ganna pass it no matter what
i have seeing lilith in many video games and i have yet to see her as the main antagonist in any. i do hope that she becomes the main antagonist in the sequels to come.
Death have a brother is From Darksiders 1 so death gonna help hes brother to escape him
So, basically, Lucifer took away Lilith's cenobite-like pleasure from pain...
"take my hand once more, brother"
Death is what happens when KRATOS LINK and DANTE have a kid in short terms BADASS!
Either Death is that hot or I am that thirsty. Which is it I wonder?
But this is a semantic, because if you remember, "War" was slain by Uriel in the 1st game as well (both to satisfy the "Death Oath" she realized too late was erroneously issued AND to free "War" from the Watcher). Why did that free him? Because right afterwards SHE smashed the seal, and..."Once called, nothing, not even Death or Disollusion shall stop Them from heeding 'The Call' "
=
I loved darksiders II best game i ever played i already have all the achievements
When he said "take my hand once more brother" I I was kinda hoping he'd cut off his other arm too.
I wonder if Lilith was killed at the end since when he meant no pleasure from it, that would probably mean death right?
Probably or torture
fun fact: the guns in the games are copies of strife's actual weapons
death face may be the skull with flesh or something else fuckin scary XD
Makes me wonder what Darksiders 4 will be about.
timemadscientist Greatscot! About Strife.
The Seven Deadly Sins are going to be the main antagonists in the third installment. I'm sure it'll be something to do with them, or even what, or who, might be behind the Charred Council. As well, the ending depicts something that scares even Lilith. And we know that voice wasn't Samael. Heh.
Luke La Fontaine my question is where the fuck is strife we have no earthly clue what the hell happened to him could he be hunting down the prince I honestly have no idea at this rate.
well our knowledge of whatever Death and Fury was also limited until their intended games
That voice at the end sounded just like death or am I mistaken
Its Lucifer.....lilith's husband? Maybe..but its definitely Lucifer......I've read it somewhere...
The slaying of the destroyer happens at the same time as death sacrificing himself to restore the human race so basicly... dead dies by jumping in the well... At the same time death slays the destoryer... and when they break the seventh seal... Death and the other 3 horseman are revived this calling him to earth (in the purple meteor
thx for all your explaning :D
Well, I never said he didn't "die," I was just more or less hoping. He may very well have, I'll admit it's a possibility. It would really suck ass, in my opinion, but in the words of Death: "so be it." Also consider this, however: he did drop into the Well, which we all know is where all souls go to be reborn. Death mused the "do I have a soul," bit, and he probably does. Perhaps he will be reborn along side humanity. Who else would fill the fourth spot with the Horsemen?
so in 3 from what ive seen the sin of envy has deaths mask so i wonder if that mean that the crowfather at the end is just envy, and on another note who answers death's call at the end of 1 if death ends here but his mask is destroyed along with envy so it couldnt be passed on
In Darksiders, War was slain by Uriel. He died and the Watcher lost his bonding on war and so he could not hold any control over the "dead" war. AND THEN, the seal was truly broken and war lived again. It proves 1 simple thing that the horsemen are more like immortal, they can only be DESTROYED and BANISHED, but a certain mechanism or ceremony namely the seals, can "summon" them again, no matter what states they were in. And so even Death "died", after the seal was broken, he lived again.
the jorney of Death is not over
I doubt Death sacrificed himself, i think he dropped so the well could suck out the shards of souls in his body
It can't be Lucifer who she's talking to. In the Bible, Samael is how Lucifer was known before he fell to Hell, and in the game, he has fallen from grace. It has to be someone else. Someone we still don't know the identity.
It is Lucifer. It’s already confirmed. In the Darksiders universe the council wanted Lucifer out of power and ordered Samael to be second in command. Lucifer however did not obey this order. Thus the coucil sent the four horsemen to tell Samael that in the future he would take the throne of hell. This info is from the Darksiders 1 comic.
In the first game Lucifer tricked Samael and imprisoned him, separating his power into the hearts of the four chosen. He did this because he was never fond of Samael and the fact that the council wanted him to rule hell. He also did this because him and Samael disagreed with plans they set for the apocalypse. Since Samael wasn’t given his way in the apocalypse, Lucifer wanted Samael out of the picture. He did not want someone as powerful as Samael to meddle with his plans. However now that war freed Samael, him and Lucifer have some unfinished buisness. Despite this Samael is not an ally to the horsemen. They are enemies with a common enemy.
Although Samael is very powerful and rivals the power of Lucifer, Lucifer still is considered to most powerful being in creation after the creator (God). To keep his power in check the council secretly made it so that Lucifer would not be able to leave hell unless the final seal was broken. (Revealed in Darksiders 3 after credit scene). Lucifer is bound to the final seal as much as the horsemen were. Now that the final seal is broken, Lucifer is now able to conduct his plans himself instead of sending Lilith to do all his bidding.
I forgot War is the voice of Illidan too
Nephilim is whoever, given life by Lilith, by the knowledge that she gained from her "maker" boyfriend :P
Then she created a race from deamon and angel dust.. That is called nephilim. To create balance, Council ordered Death (The one who refused Lilith as a mother first) to slay his own kind. Yet he is the second oldest and the strongest, he succeed on killing Absalom (He become Corruption) but he let 3 more of his brethen. War, Fury and Strife. As the order of the Charred Council, 4 Horseman.
If Samael was strong enough to casually block Death's scythe with nothing but the back of his freakin' finger, then i don't even wanna think about how balls out, crazy powerful Lucifer is. I do know one thing though: Fury and Strife had better step their game up. War and Death can't win this alone.
People say that samael could defeat Lucifer and he is omiscent and could see in the future so maybe he just doesn’t was to have that title why give the key to the second most powerful not the most powerful
If they will have no budget to make new Darksiders series, i would like to donate and i think i m not the only one. This game is so epic. One of the best i ever played.
there is a key dangling on one of her chains and i wanna know whats it for. Dont think it´s the demon key. There is also a lock on her hip. But if that is her chastity belt.. someone else should hold the key!
"And the number of the riders shall ever be, Four"
The Four Horsemen
if Strife "is" going to be in Darksiders 3, what would his game play be like? would he be using nothing but firearms, a mixture of shoting & melee fighting or both with bits of magic? what do you guys think?
So..
I've played DS 1 and 2, but only watch DS 3 and genensis through youtube..
Let me get this straight..
DS 1-3 takes time side by side, not afterward..
Like, Death resurrect humamity, fury save what left from humanity, and just by then, War killed abbaddon, then broke the seals, hence called apocalypse and bring his sibling together, although deats already sacrifice himself to the well, right?
Here’s the timeline of the games only (Darksiders 1-3)
- Darksiders 1 intro, Abbadon breaks the seals and immediately after the apocalypse begins. War is sent to Earth (New York City) but begins to lose his powers and is killed/defeated by Straga.
The council imprisons war and this marks the beginning of his 100 year imprisonment.
- Death here’s of Wars imprisonment and immediately without permission sets out to clear Wars name. He seeks the crow father to see what secrets he holds and to find out how he can clear Wars name.
Death kills the crow father but is then knocked out and sent to the forge lands. Death is knocked un council is for a couple of years.
- Death is woken up a few years later by the elder maker Eideard. Eideard recognized Death as a horsemen and request Deaths help to free the corruption from the forge lands. Death reluctantly agrees because he realizes that corruption has him trapped in the forge lands anyway and the only way to get out is through the tree of life.
- Around the time Death wakes up in the forge lands, Fury is called upon by the council to seek out the 7 deadly sins that were allegedly released by the chaos caused at the start of the apocalypse. Darksiders 3 begins. Darksiders 3 takes place alongside Deaths time in the forge lands in Darksiders 2.
- Death revives the guardian and is able to clear the way to the tree of life. Approximately 100 years have now passed. At same time, Darksiders 3 ends. Fury has defeated the seven deadly sins and brings a group of the last surviving humans to a safe haven that is currently unknown to us.
- 100 years has passed and The council agrees to send War back to Earth to seek out those responsible for starting the end war.
- Death makes it to the kingdom of the dead. War is sent back to Earth and his journey begins (the rest of Darksiders 1 after the intro sequence).
- Darksiders 1 and 2 now run simultaneously.
- Darksiders 2 ends shortly before darksiders 1. Death kills Absalom and frees the universe of corruption and more importantly the well of souls. Death jumps into the well of souls sacrificing his own life and decides to revive humanity over the Nephilim which was against Liliths and Lucifers wishes. In theory by resurrecting the human race, Wars name is cleared. However Death did not know that War was already out clearing his own name. War also doesn’t know Death is out trying to clear his name. However Deaths death isn’t in vain and the human race is brought back to life. We have yet to see then though.
At the same time that war defeats Absalom and frees the universe of corruption, War defeats the fourth chosen, Silitha (the spider one that has Samaels teleportation power).
At this point both Darksiders 3 and 2 are done respectively
- After deafeating Silitha War brings the last heart to Samael. Samael being back to full power opens the way to the Black Throne. War frees Azrael, the angel of Death and kills Straga in a rematch. By killing Straga the Black throne is also destroyed and War is doomed to perish. However, war is in luck. Azrael, the angel of Deatb is in charge of guarding the well of souls, which he couldn’t because he was imprisoned, which is the reason why the corruption spread around the universe by first affecting the well of souls. Since Azrael is in charge of the well of souls he’s able to draw power from it. One of its powers is teleportation to different realms. Because death defeated corruption, Azrael is in luck and is able to draw power from the well again and bring War to safety. Azrael takes war to a place in the Garden of Eden which he has hidden from all of creation. This piece of Eden contains the tree of knowlegde.
- War gains knowledge of the future from the fee of knowledge and see’s how the apocalypse began and all who conspired within it. War see’s that Abbadon is the destroyer and that he was cursed so that the only weapon that can do his undoing is the very weapon that he used to begin the apocalypse. Aka the Armageddon blade. The only thing is the Armageddon blade is broken, with the pieces scattered. War needs to find them scattered around Earth and then bring them to Ulthane to be fixed.
- War spends a couple of years finding the pieces of the Armageddon blade (in game time this is like only a hour or two of gameplay).
- While finding the pieces to the Armageddon blade, Uriel challenges War to Nex Sacramentum. War being the older and more experienced warrior, wins.
- after a couple of years, War finds all the pieces of the Armageddon blade and takes it to Ulthane to be reforged.
- While the Armageddon blade is reforged, The signal is lite and Uriel has rallied the remaining hellguard around Earth for a final suicidal assault on the destroyer and his army.
- The Armageddon blade is reforged and War rides to the final battle. He crashed the party, fights the destroyer/Abbadon and kills Abbadon.
- In the nex sacramentum, Uriel breaks the 7th seal. War, Death and Fury’s horse are resurrected from the dead. War kills the Watcher.
- The four horsemen are called upon earth as they rage war against all of creation. At least the majority of it. They will also defend the resurrected humans. The makers will probably side with the horsemen in the war.
And that’s it. The complete timeline.
@@jonathanm9986 ahhhh.. so that how it went... That's why samael was missing in Death's journey, so he could only find him in the past, right? Thanks anyway
@@truezazax yep, Samael was imprisoned while Death went to visit him.
The timeline is a bit complicated. I wish they had years. The only year we know is 2012 which is when the Apocalypse begins. The next year is 2112. That’s when War is released after his 100 years impriosnment. The rest of the events don’t have years which makes it harder to remember.
It also doesn’t help when some events take place at the same time/simultaneously while others don’t. And to put the cherry on top, time dilation seems to exist which means time is different depending in the realm your in.
damn i owned this game!
I wonder if humanity is resurrected will the Earth and time return to the day it all happened but without the demons and stuff like that?
well it said the seed to mankind has been re-sown, which makes it sound like it's a process before human kind is fully back, so it's not a timeturner
Is Lucifer voiced by the same actor who voices Death? That would be a weird twist lol.
Der Verrückt Eine! Sounds like it
Death is on a quest to defeat!
...death?
1 : 19 I felt death's pain at that time.
The Nephilim race ravaged countless worlds, and threatened the Balance of Creation. Four of their kind saw this and pledged allegiance to the Charred Council, thus becoming the Four Horsemen. Their first task was to kill all other Nephilim in existence. Death collected all of their souls in an amulet. Absalom was the last killed, and upon his death, he was reborn as Corruption. Death was supposed to destroy all the souls, but left the amulet with the Crowfather.
No strife means angry or bitter disagreement over fundamental issues.
Now bear in mind we're having a discussion here, not an argument. I freely admit I am not one of nor have privy to the thoughts of the writers (the admittedly impressive writers) of the Darksiders' games' scripts. BUT I think it's implied that Death did in fact "die" in some faculty, and HAD to to give humanity it's 2nd chance (remember that "Death" is just a nephilum imbued with the responsibilities of the Horsemen Death which was chosen for him based largely on his personality).
thought that they were gonna feature the other 2 along with death in this game. i'm annoyed that they the other horsemen were only mentioned in passing (minus war). still. awesome game so they had better be comin out with a sequel to this real soon.
i kinda hope after killing the 7 deadly sins, fury gets to whip this lilith bitch as a final boss (or maybe just a boss in general)
chances are the ending will be similar to 1 and 2 with the other 3 horsemen showing up to fight alongside War, Or maybe Fury ends realizing the council framed War idk.
Prince of Darkness/ Prince of Lies. The Ruler of Hell basically Sameal's master.
Lucifer got pissed at Lilith......dont piss off Lucifer. I really hope they make Darksiders 3, this game was great im on Nightmare mode right now.
