I am on my second HR-V and I have had my 2024 HR-V sport for several months and absolutely love it. It’s a great vehicle. The changes from my 2017 to this new model are huge. It’s so smooth and quiet and the features you get for the money are great. It’s a great value. My 2017 was bullet proof and since this has the civic 2.0 I’m sure it will last a very long time. Highly recommend.

Hi there! I am actually considering HR-V. to replace my 10th gen Civic (lots of AC issues). Just wanted to knw one thing. Does 2024 HR-V struggle on highway ramps and while overtaking other vehicles on highways? That's my only concern. I have the exact same engine in my Civc right now. Your feedback would be much appreciated!

This Honda along with the Chevy Trax are great. Not can afford a $75,000-$100,000 car pick up or EV. Not everybody wants something that expensive. Between the two, and I have owned Chevys and I own Hondas I would take the Honda. It’s about $5000 more you get a four-cylinder engine 150 hp without the use of a turbo charger which will last about 50 K. But the nice thing about these and other cars at the lower end of the price scale is it they exist!

Just got one and upgraded from 22 civic - it’s the same acceleration as a civic sport 2022 due to same horsepower and engine. These people comparing have never test driven this car. Y’all have no idea what you’re talking about it accelerates perfectly fine, it’s not a damn race car. It’s a mini tank that is safe and reliable which is what most people look for in a car- go get the type R if you’re complaining about acceleration and HP lol - and older Honda may have been more power but the new 4 cylinders are so good and efficient they use less power compared to older Hondas. 😂

In the UK this model is a ZR-V. These US and Canadian models are much better looking than the horrors we have in the uk that are hrv. I like these ones. Nice looking car compared to UK version. We do get the 1500cc hybrid. Like 40000 in your money. But 🇬🇧 car is a horror to look at compared to US Canadian one. I wont be renewing my 6 year old hrv any time soon.

I'm in Brazil for a couple months... the HR-V here looks better than the US version. It's pretty much all front-end appearance. The US version looks like a Ford.

$33k in New England, 150hp and a 0-60 I gave up on while test driving because it was an awkward 9 seconds of silence with the dealer, that I broke by saying "Is this in econ?" ..... It wasn't! Not going to get you anywhere in the snow with less than 30 tq per wheel.

Agree, I love Toyota, but Honda has blown them away as far as SUVs go with both their interior and exterior design! I do prefer the Highlander over the Pilot, but otherwise I think Toyota needs to work on the rest!

I will probably be getting an Urban Grey Pearl FWD Sport. It is more practical and a better Fit, pun intended, for me over a Boost Blue Pearl Civic Sport Hatchback I previously wanted and still like very much.
*The Sport comes with only the black Sport emblem on the rear, but the other black exterior emblems are optionsl OEM accessories that should come included with the Sport, but some dealerships are OCD like me, and put them on. That is kind of odd to have the stock Sport with just a black Sport emblem, but it saves the cost of that if you get the remaining other black emblems.
Other than that, it's understandable what you see is what you get for the price. But, I wish they would at least put a map storage pocket back in rhe rear of the Driver's/left seat like they used to, like cars like the Toyota Camry that still has that.
The only other things I would probably want that the EX-L has is the front and rear parking sensors, wireless charging, Apple Car Play and Android Auto, since it doesn't offer the Bose Stereo, and maybe a rear seat center armrest with cupholders. And also, a 12 volt adapter in the front for a dashcam, or other accessories in addition to just in the rear hatch area.
But, of course, that is all extra cost. The Sport models usually have just the right amount of stuff to be nice, without things you don't need and some don't want, like a moon roof, dual zone A/C, or power adjust seats, etc.

Plus like chevy is 70k up 100k for a tahoe and diesel truck. Ford is getting there. Honda lasts forever and they have dropped prices. So hell yea. They brought it back and way better. My buddy told me about this cause we are both looking for new crossovers and im selling mine or trading. Thanks for the better virtual tour.

Outside looks nice for a normal everyday person. But that inside is CHEAPP, maybe if they didn't waste money on those plastic waves and faux leather around the shifter console. Those seats would of been designed better.

      - the quality of the engine
      - reliability
      - the mpg
      - cargo
      - infotainment
      - design
I don’t worry too much about the plastic.
