    Keep your carbs under 20 . If it is not on page 4 do not eat it. You can do this.

      Starches like rice, potatoes, or, bread, cereal will spike your glucose faster than white sugar.

      Hmmm 🤔 everyday I learn something new… I did not know that. I don’t have bread because I’m gluten intolerant and I hardly ever have cereal… but rice is a hard one for me to give up and so is potato 😅 I’ll work on limiting but a full on cut is going to be hard because idk what I’d make my meals up of… this is starting to sound very keto 🫣 and then the next issue is that most gluten free products are made from either rice or potato. I’ll definitely try and limit the consumption though. Thanks a million for your comment and thank you for checking out my video 🤗💜💜
