@Tanya Shah it depends on the body type but if you do it 2-3 times per day and gradually increase the exercises you"ll see results fast enough! In the beginning it is difficult to lose weight because your metabolism is changing but keep going and any time you feel much pain just stop but not give up:) *sorry for my possible mistakes Im greek.

Could you post links to actual people doing these exercises? The clipart animations for most of these demonstrations are too confusing and some don't even match up to the verbal instructions. The Floating Knee Tucks confused me the most.
This worked for me and it didn't even take a week. In a matter of a few hours since posting this I got a flatter stomach. And thank God too because I have been working on a flatter stomach by doing 200 sit-ups a day for 5 years. But I'm pretty sure it was this week long routine.

DAY 1: I’ve always been behind in gym classes, due to my lazyness, which meant I had a hard time doing this exercise, although I pulled through and finished the whole thing, it was hard but I’m ready to do this! Of course there is not difference on my stomach since this is day one, but let’s see.

I'm at day 7 now. This exercise really works for me . I have seen changes for my belly but its not flat as in picture but still works even I'm doing just 1 set a day. Maybe should make it to 3 sets.

Hey guys I just tried these exercises and I gotta say, it really does burn in the stomach but I didn't give up. I'm gonna try this every night before going to sleep to grow some abs. I highly recommend this to anyone who's sitting in bed rn and wants to grow some abs yk. Just remember, don't give up and you'll end up with good results at the end and always have patience.😉

you guys do realize that the only reason it's not working for you is because you AREN'T following the correct diet? i've been doing this for a month with a low-carb diet that i have actually been sticking to and have lost quite alot of weight. it's honestly an insult to people who are dedicated to this if you say it's a scam. you can't expect 60 pounds to go away with one day of working out.
My favorite part? The ads that appear in the middle of my workout about “This is a metabolism killer…” yes so is interrupting my workout! Also while I did see results, the picture often does not match what it says to do… example: Oblique twist crunches. Lay on your back with feet on floor-shows feet in air which is harder and I find hurts lower back!
One thing I didn't like about this video is that most of the demonstrations are in stop motion. You can't actually see how to do it. I didn't understand the 2nd exercise very well but I'll still give it a try
So I did this for a week and heres what I got, I lost an inch off my waist (it used to be 31in now its 30in) I forgot to measure my stomach but I don't think much changed, that is because I was eating pizza, burgers, and donuts. :). But I actually lost an inch off my thighs as well,(used to be 24in now 23in) I will try this for another week and see the results.
That was not fun in fact the opisite of fun I wanted to off myself but stuck strong well sort of didn’t make it the full 30 seconds but whatever (this was day one)
Day 2 almost died with those bicycle crunches but I survived (sort of) today was ok and I thought if this is going to work I’ll tell you guys my meal plan for breakfast I usually have 2 pieces of toast, egg McMuffin or cereal depends lunch I either have nothing or pasta and for dinner we have pasta or some sort of meat. Since I can’t remember yesterday’s I’ll tell today’s meal for breakfast I had cereal for lunch I had nothing and for a snack I sadly report I made cookies and ate most of them I know I know but I couldn’t help myself for dinner I haven’t had anything yet I don’t have a scale it broke 4 years ago but I can tell you I’m skinnier usually once I eat I get pretty bigger which is still true but I’m not as big which is getting skinnier idk lol
Day 3! Another late workout found almost no difficulty with the bicycle crunches which were a problem today after eating 4 full meals I already looked slimmer! The second last exercise was still a bit difficult I almost made it the full 45 but probably only did 30-35 still a great workout. Im not expecting to see huge results though I wouldn’t be mad I’m more expecting slight results that still make me slim from there I would do chloe ting Pamela Reif and madfit who have more workout plans yk this is basically to get me slim and motivated
Day 5;) abs burned but I did it must admit I stopped 5 seconds before the end but whatever school started today and I absolutely hated it but anyways workout IS working I look and feel slimmer still got a bit of chub but I have 2 days left so hopefully that will go down 👍

Day 3 and my abs are sore but don’t physically see results. Definitely feel a stronger core and have been drinking a ton of water and cutting back on carbs. will keep you updated

Straight Leg rising and Reverse crunches are also very useful. Will try these exercises from coming morning. Let's hope for the best.

That was not fun in fact the opisite of fun I wanted to off myself but stuck strong well sort of didn’t make it the full 30 seconds but whatever (this was day one)
Day 2 almost died with those bicycle crunches but I survived (sort of) today was ok and I thought if this is going to work I’ll tell you guys my meal plan for breakfast I usually have 2 pieces of toast, egg McMuffin or cereal depends lunch I either have nothing or pasta and for dinner we have pasta or some sort of meat. Since I can’t remember yesterday’s I’ll tell today’s meal for breakfast I had cereal for lunch I had nothing and for a snack I sadly report I made cookies and ate most of them I know I know but I couldn’t help myself for dinner I haven’t had anything yet I don’t have a scale it broke 4 years ago but I can tell you I’m skinnier usually once I eat I get pretty bigger which is still true but I’m not as big which is getting skinnier idk lol
Day 3! Another late workout found almost no difficulty with the bicycle crunches which were a problem today after eating 4 full meals I already looked slimmer! The second last exercise was still a bit difficult I almost made it the full 45 but probably only did 30-35 still a great workout. Im not expecting to see huge results though I wouldn’t be mad I’m more expecting slight results that still make me slim from there I would do chloe ting Pamela Reif and madfit who have more workout plans yk this is basically to get me slim and motivated
Day 5;) abs burned but I did it must admit I stopped 5 seconds before the end but whatever school started today and I absolutely hated it but anyways workout IS working I look and feel slimmer still got a bit of chub but I have 2 days left so hopefully that will go down 👍
Currently 10:30 and I just finished my workout day 6 ik definitely slimmer so that’s all I have to say bye

Another effective workout is leg raises (similar to butterfly kicks but with both legs at the same time) and ordinary crunches
