Thank you for sharing this video. My crafting supplies need some major organizing. Now that I’ve been making crafting/DIY videos I have really upped the craft supplies I have on hand. It’s messy! This was helpful. Inspiring to see and I think I can do it too. Wish I had a whole room but I’ll make it work. Thanks for the tips and tricks. I use stainless steel roll around shelving units that I purchased used for $40/each. I had to purchase wheels, but I am so glad I did. My problem is I have a shared craft room. It is a small one car garage that I share with the washer and dryer, my husband's gun safe, the large hot water heater, the 8-person storm shelter and storage for household items like bath tissue, paper towels, facial tissue which we buy in bulk. I had 5 roll around shelves, a 6' glass craft table and and roll around work bench all crammed into this tiny space along with the other items mentioned. I purged two shelfs of crafting supplies and have given these items to other crafters. I still have two shelves of crafting machines/supplies and one shelf for household supplies. I moved my finished items into my roll around work bench. Still have too much and my machines are not easily accessible. Will be purging more. :(
It is so hard! I didn't show the purging part of this process. It was ALOT.
Angie, so many ideas! Haven't finished watching yet, but the holed board with the dowels is cute and also super versatile! I am in a weird situation where I have loads of room under my tables, but very little wall space. That makes it difficult to have a visual of tapes etc.
Also, a very nosy question: why do you have so many cricut machines? You are not the only one, but I preferred to ask you.

I have a lot in my LG craftroom things you don’t, like dies and I have a lot and a lot of paper.
I’ve added sublimation here recently my room is very big but somehow I can’t get it together like yours. I wish someone like you lived in NC to help me…. Egads
Now that Christmas is over I need to get my act together and clean up.
I wasn’t born w/ an organizing gene.

Angie, these are all wonderful ideas! I’m going to ponder over these as I’m reorganizing my own craft room after just moving back in my house after renovations. That cord holder you showed is awesome! I put one on the back of my Kitchen-aid Lift mixer to keep the cord tidy when not in use. I ❤️ it! Going to look over all these lovely ideas and see what will benefit me. :). Don’t be surprised 😲 if I come back later with questions for help with my room. 😊

I love the storage idea. I don't have a craft room yet. Working in a tiny area of my bedroom, so storage is a challenge. As a result I keep stock to a minimum. Hopefully I'm able to have a designated room soon. Will definitely be coming back to this video for storage ideas when I do.

Haven't watched it yet but wanted to comment in general. Thank you for the videos u make, they are so educational, inspiring and you seem like such a great person. I haven't gotten my cricut yet, but I have been watching tons of videos just trying to wrap my head around design space, the machine, the tools, materials before I do and your videos are the best. Thank you for taking the time, energy, patience, and money to do these videos, it can't be easy so again thank you.

You are in a lot of a better situation I am in! I bought my cricut Maker 2 months ago, and still, apart from a little paper flower (which I framed and keep on my desk to remind me that I must start working on it), I haven't had the courage to tackle the whole thing. The more videos I watch, the more it becomes difficult to dive in!

I’d love to see a video with explanation of what each different machine is used for. Particularly the maker vs explore and the benefits of having a joy as an additional machine to either of the larger machines. I’ve seen so many crafters with all of them lately, heat presses too! I’m just getting started and went with the big guy (maker 3) and am now wondering if I should’ve started with a joy lol.

You can use it for sublimation and Infusible Ink. I most often use it under things when I paint to protect my surface.

Can you include the dimensions of your room? I love the way you have organized your room. I think i need to get some talker shelves and take complete advantage of floor to ceiling walls. Thanks for this video gets my brain thinking. I am so cramped into my space.

I enjoyed your tour with some great ideas. I would love to know the dimensions of your room. I continually strive for efficient storage and easy access . Having multiple crafts that all compete for the space complicates the issue as well as fitting storage solutions around windows and doors
Mine is about 10 x 15 feet. There are two doors and a set of very large double windows.

The ones that are laying down have dual ends. So a cap on both ends.

Angie, do you use your oven and presses in your room? Do you have ventilation, because of the Sublimation? I would love to have mine in my room instead of in the garage.

Angie {. HELP } here is my problem , I use a lot of vinyl so I started buying them in enlarge rolls . Therefore I’m having trouble storing them . I would like to find or make something that doesn’t cost a arm and a leg to get. I would like them to be able to hang and then I can roll off what I need . If you have any ideas please share. That butcher paper holder I showed on the end of my table may work? It is inexpensive and you could attach several to a board and hang the board on the wall.
What kind of mat do you use on your work table?
I am currently playing with options and have some more on the way to me. That one is a stile and company vinyl backdrop.
Omg you have alot do you worry about your vinyl going bad? Also when you make things are you selling them?
I use a lot of vinyl frankly so I don't worry about it. I don't make things to sell. Just to show others how to do it!
