I'm old. I've been an Epica listener since 2003. This album is literally new level of metal music (Not just symphonic metal). While trying to remain human in a country ruled by a dictatorship, I always connected with Epica. It makes me happy that people discover Epica.

Yeah the video really got me thinking. In my interpretation, the little girl is Simone's inner child, asleep and trying to find a part of herself in the dream world, that has been repressed. And then she finds it, represented by the creepy talisman thing. That the 'guardians' who watch over (or guide) her while she sleeps seem to have wanted her to find. Really spooky message. Love it. Just my 2 cents.

This is my favourite song on Omega after a couple of listens. Simone's voice technique in the verse is beautiful and unique! Well done Epica on not being afraid to think out of the box once again!!
Wow! They aren't that obscure. Are you a slave to corporate radio or something? One who listens to what they feed you. You definitely got a lot of catching up to do. Design your Universe and Quantum Enigma are two of their best albums. Catch them on tour this year with Sabaton. You won't regret it.

They took their music to a whole new level with this album. I too am overwhelmed. Gonna be giving Omega a solid amount of listens to truly appreciate all the elements here. There's just so many layers to this album.
The imagery in this video is FUCKING PHENOMENAL!!!! I have only had a limited amount of exposure to this band. After listening to and watching them, I do believe I'll be headed down the rabbit hole. The growls opposite the absolutely BEAUTIFUL and SENSUOUS voice of the lady singer are so meant to be. One clearly can't exist without the other. Excellent song.

Yeah the MV is like a mini horror movie. It gave me chills. I interpreted Mark as being a ghoul in the child's dream. Mark's growling part has a perfect place in this.
