Love the Dip Bro. Do your Thang. My friend dips and we used to have 3000 items on ebay (clothing) together and ran weekly auctions (bought storage units). We had our other Habits at "The Shop" During Covid times. Best most hilarious times of my life. No Ragrets. Not even one Letter.
I have thought for a long time that eBay servers are slow. Glad to see someone else having issues with speed because of eBay at some point maybe they will upgrade but I’m pessimistic about it.
Hey Sean…. This might be a repetitive question not sure but my question is, why save it as a draft instead of listing right away? Also once drafted when do you actually post them?
Hi Sean, this may be a basic question but I haven’t been able to figure it out. How exactly do you pull the photos from your iPhone to your Mac? And how do you delete them in your iPhone quickly? Thank you in advance! Sheri
I might make a short video on this. I use a cord to connect the phone to MacBook. Select delete after import so the phone will be cleared and the photos will be on the computer then transfer all the imported photos to a folder and delete the import section.
I do the same thing - but it keeps putting the photos in the cloud. - so they keep downloading to my phone too. Need to figure how to turn that off. Great video.
@@TaylorExchange I use the cord too but open in “Photos” and the darn thing wants to download ALL the photos off my iPhone every time. You said you ”import into a folder”, that’s the part I’m missing. That would be great if you could do a short video on the exact way please. 🙏 👍🏻🇺🇸
If a good VA can do 8 listings an hour for $5/hour and lets sat you are listing 50 a day thats only $31.25 a day to list 50 items. If you can knock out 50 listings in 2 hours then you are effectively working for $15.62 an hour. Would you ever consider a VA for listing?
Good video, thanks. FYI: Larry Mahan is pronounced MAY-HAN... he's a Hall of Fame Cowboy that recently passed away (old age, 80yrs old). He won six all-around world championships and two bull riding world championships in the Rodeo Cowboys Association. The text Macro product is interesting (I use a gaming keyboard with 36 programmable keys), and templates for general 'business/store policies' ... so I can generally list pretty quickly, in a similar way you are - taking all the photos first, then selling similar off MY listings first (when possible). Question: Have you noticed a big difference listing at 6.99+8.99 (shipping) vs 15.98 (free shipping)??
Ya thank you for that, a true hero Mr. Mahan. I don't do free shipping but I will tell you a lot of buyers get annoyed at the $8.99 shipping cost but I have offers on all items to combat that.
@@TaylorExchange - I've had less complaint at the 6.95 area on light weight stuff, 9.99 on medium weight, 17.95 on heavier or long... but I have played with the free shipping on things I can poly bag or under 2lb box. Since eBay rolled out their ai additions sales have been much slower for us; but we are knowingly on the high side with offers on 99% of our goods turned on. As for Larry... I would say more "Old School ROLE MODEL & tough guy' rather than hero. He was a good guy, and nice guy... I met him a few times over the years when I was doing events & tradeshows in the Equine Industry. Also, back in the 60's & 70's, my uncle rodeo'ed against him a few times.
You would be a bit faster with templates set up. Can't believe Brain hasnt talked you into it yet. With multiple templates you can populate most of the title for popular styles. The time spent typing and scrolling to find a similar is wasted instead just click the template and fill in the words you're already typing. It really cuts down on errors too as required things you don't change will stay blank so you can't miss them.

Thanks bro. I did learn a few nuggets of info that should help as I find the actual listing to be the worst part of the process
Exactly, I’m glad you let me know.
That’s the goal for these types of videos 👍

Idk is slow is the right word but it’s a fairly large website 🤔
Awesome tips! Definitely need to speed up my process, so this was timely for me. Thanks!
Thanks!
Your welcome. 🫡
Hi I noticed you don’t use many of the so called required fields when listing. Am I waiting time by filling in each field thanks for your time
I think if the title is strong and descriptive that does the trick.
Hey Sean…. This might be a repetitive question not sure but my question is, why save it as a draft instead of listing right away? Also once drafted when do you actually post them?
Usually post right after, I like to see the skus and determine if I want to post all that day or maybe save some for later
@@TaylorExchange thank you for your reply I know you’re a busy person. Best of luck this rest of the year

@@kategarb Ya it took me a while to figure it out. I turned all that cloud back up off.
Just curious why you make them drafts instead of listing live.
I just launch them after the listing is over. Double check the skus 🤷♂
This video was great. ty for making this.
Appreciate it. 👍

Makes sense but no I’m not going that route.
How do you survive the summer slow down?
Hard work and dedication!
And thrifting more items…

Do you have a list of websites that maybe can help me learn how to identify print patterns on clothes?
Not I 🤷♂️
I am a newbie so I am sure this will be a dumb question but is the custom sku for tracking or tax purpose?
It’s so I can find where the item is in my inventory. 👍
Pls create a video to show how you list and research clothing item that does not exist in your store.
I don’t really do that much anymore.
Can you link the mouse you use please?

He has brought it up a few times. I’ve considered it but I’m a bit set in my ways and it goes fairly quick so I doubt I’ll change.
Hold on where did you get your photos from???
I have the photos taken on an iPhone and transfer them to a file and use an external monitor to drag them over for the listings.
@@TaylorExchange can you show us how that process works?
