You should get a mold release formula for the resin you are using. It'll help a lot in these situations.

14:00 to have a chance of that working the inside of those acrylic sheets needed to have a layer of a mold release agent, even then it may fail.
Also, use bendy acetate sheet not acrylic!

hi mate, where did you get the case/prison from? i can't see a link in the description or a mention of it specifically in the video.
Not sure if it will work, but you might try to apply a thin layer of vaseline to the plastic that you dont want the resin to stick to.. We do that in dental practice when we are curing resin and composite.. Just smear it on in a thin layer with a brush..
Like your videos two quick things Amazon sells cheap cut proof gloves for when using a blade and if you fill your box with water then pour it in a measuring cup you get a good idea of needed resin. Keep up the good work see you on the next one

Just a thought, but have you ever watched Peter browns videos on RUclips? He has helped me a ton with resin pours. He's a wood worker, but the methods are the same. Anyways just a thought love your work as always.

Oh great ! You cut the window part of your printer. That's a modification I've been wanting to do for some time to get better access and to secure it with magnets. How did you tackle it to get a straight cut ?
I used a cheap dremmel tool with small circular disk, just took my time then put rubber seal on it, it works a dream when short of space 🙂
