    This would give the Spartan a run for its money

      Ehhhh not really gets real unstable at around 30mph. Now THIS, blows the Spartan out of the water 😅😀

    What’s your heat numbers looking like with that 4500? I run a 3s brushed system with half the output at only 20c and melt motors left and right.

      Well this hull isn't very stable most of the time it's 2s use u can't really run it hard enough to get hot lol

      To be honest this isn't the boat to try to build bro. I got rid of this a long time ago.

      So you swapped in a brushless system but then you also say it’s not a boat to try to build?

    Sounds like you have too much weight in the front to me.

    • @motortoys9942
      @motortoys9942  4 года назад

      I agree it is a little front-heavy. I think it's because of the 3s lipo. Working with the trim to hopefully correct some of that 👍

      @@motortoys9942 yeah its been too long since I messed with them so I don't remember much of the stuff I did to get mine working better. I think I added weights to the rear end. And set the battery as far back as I coud. However I only had a 2S Lipo.

      @@lifebleeds86 yessir. May do a lil weight, it already sits low so not sure on that one. Runs pretty good on 2s. Reality is, this boat is WAY overpowered and really is just a fun stunt boat. I am going to do a prop change on it which will wake it up a lil as well.

    • @lifebleeds86
      @lifebleeds86 4 года назад +1

      I do remember adding too much weight to the boat made it sit really low and made the turning real sluggish though. That was back when I was using NiMH batteries though and they weigh a tonne comparred to a LiPo.

      @@lifebleeds86 oh yes those weigh a ton. Most of it is testing and tune. Always fun to see differences. Thanks for checking out my channel if you like what you see drop a sub 👍
