When I was coming home from deployment the tug boats sprayed water in front of my ship as celebration for coming home. When I saw this boat do that it made me want to get a toy model of my ship and have a my ship and your work boat work together. And celebrate all service members by celebrating how we get celebrated with tugs.

I have a jet powered duck that I used to retrieve the boats that died in the water.
This tugboat it's perfect for rescuing boats lol. You guys should attach a net or some type of thing to pull in the boats when they break down lol

Well well well, finally another boat that performs good - this week! That's cool, the captain's wheel inside. This is something y'all can get Amelia excited - running it on the lake and letting her push the button for the cannon! Maybe turn it towards the shore and getting sprayed.

It does have a balast tank inside. My Fishing boat MONICA has the same bottom and drive system. I completely over hauled it and converted it over to a better system. Mine contained 1980's technology. My crane worked until I hooked it up wrong .I burned out reverse. I used a 4x4 wench from a rc truck. I also fixed all the led lighting. Mine was made by a company that no longer is around. I keep looking at that one. Haven't had the money to buy it. I did add spotlights and interiour lights. Its easy to detail that tug boat as you said.

I have one of these boats I put a 4 oz sinker in the bottom of the boat amid ship I used epoxy. This greatly improved how tipsy the boat was.

Does look good. Now you do have a rescue boat to replace the Titanic. You have two options, push or aim the water cannon at the water line, and use the water pressure to push the stranded boat to shore. I liked the little boat, performed best overall. ⚓⚓👍🌈💞🌈👍⚓⚓.

I have had this boat for about a year now. I use it to recover my Feilum FT011 in case of emergency... The stock battery doesn't last long at all but for a few bucks you go go to Lowe's/Home Depo and by a led acid battery to put in it and get about 45min run time.. It's a small security camera battery.
Are you talking about this boat, or the FT011? I got a FT011 and yes it's kinda annoying it doesn't last long, but it's definitely fun while it does!
@@lylekehrer6159 No, the Tug.... Yeah the FT011 is a blast but short run time but I expect it from a speed boat. The tug dies even faster than the FT011 believe it or not.... Thats why I switched the tug over to led acid...

Cool looking on it's stand on dry land, lousy in the water. - - A now defunct company, Hobby Engine, that made a popular small tugboat called the Southampton, used two as it's alternate rudders :) on two screws on the ends of 380 motors...and they worked great.

baraki808 you can add weight along the center bottom of the boat to lower the cg. It will stabilize the boat.

It was a very fun boat to drive although you have to hold it in the water and let the bilge fill which I did then it tipped over after driving away with my Go pro attached! Had to get a blow up raft and retrieve it with gators in the water 😂 then it didn’t work anymore, I have a video on it! But now I am going to buy the Horizon Harbor Tug Boat!

Hey I got the Eflite Air Tractor the other day im so excited to fly it but its been raining for days. Maybe you guys could review the Dynam DHC Beaver and Dynam C47 skytrain. They both look like alot of fun. Hope they'll still be in stock in the next month but id love you to see what you think of em. Cool boat! I ended up getting the 17" Atomic Barbwire 2...its rescued a couple of my planes out of the bay here where I fly. I have floats on my Timber X and the wind tipped me over the other day and I almost lost both the plane and the boat..the boat was completely out of the water on the wing..luckily the wind brought both back to me at the dock. Epic day of luck!!

Could you use this boat for a rescue boat in retrieving say a blackjack 42" ? I know horizon hobby has a 30" tug boat but it is $450+ and to get there water guns going you need to buy the pump also. Could you make a video on that boat to make a comparison? Like your input on both boats. Thank you.
NO. It can barely pull itself because it must have additional ballast put in it to not capsize. Also it turns terribly. The rudder, aka kort nozzle, does not turn far enough L-to-R. So, WIDE turns! However, the Proboat rescue tug definitely could, especially if you use a three cell lipo. It was big helpin' arms. Yes! I use one to retrieve boats that have snagged their props on what I call sticky floating hairball weeds from hell.....the little mounds that broke away from the pond's sides and floated-off to the 'middle' to start to slowly sink.

hey guys!! i've had this boat for several years cause i always put it back in box, it's great for our pool cause i get to shoot the pussy cat and doggies and new guests hanging out at the pool, love it cause it's nice and slow, great pool toy!! but the battery needs to be updated to today's standards. and maybe a bigger water pump to shoot a better stream of water.
I'm going to guess there is an empty chamber that needs 30 seconds to fill for proper ballast. It makes sense to do it that way, otherwise it would need lead to balance. Imagine all the weight and $ saved shipping these from deepest China. Somebody was thinking ahead.
