Day 209: Battling Loneliness as a 31 Year Old Man

Full transparency moment - This morning I woke up and I was feeling LONELY. To the point that I was defiantly shedding a few bro tears. In todays video I allow myself to process and move through these heavy and overwhelming feelings and finding things to combat these thoughts so I can overcome them.
