    Great channel. We make many of these small components and have our eyes on a 7020. I figure it is just a size difference. Thank you for sharing. Also on a unrelated topic. What office furniture company did you go with? The new facility looks great. Wish we had found them when we remodeled ours.

    Where to find the setup or configuration values of light probe? Range of measurement, minimal high and max....an do on....?!!!!
    The manual and media are really poor in this information.

    That's not a touch probe!

      Technically it's a touch probe, but it's called a Light Probe. It touches the part with .015N of force and then the camera picks up the movement of the probe and records the point. It's not as accurate as a standard CMM Touch Trigger Probe but .010mm (.0004") accuracy is pretty good considering the technology.

      I also learnt from Keyence sales engineer that the probe provides visional light inspection.
